Personál vylepšil můj pobyt na 100%. Hlavně animátorský tým byl excelentní. Hotel se mi nelíbil.

Snídaně byla chutná

Cons:

Housekeeping moc neuklízel, spíš na úklid zapomínal. Jedna paní recepční neuměla dost anglicky, nepředala žádné důležité informace kde se nachází můj pokoj, kde restaurace, od kolika hodin jsou snídaně, obědy a večeře a ani nepotvrdila, že mám zaplacený balíček all inclusive. Naštěstí nebyla jediná a ostatní recepční mi velmi pomohli.

Close from the airport and the beach. The AC. The fruits brought in my room. The hotel staff was very available and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was in a bad condition, looked in need of maintenance.
The bathroom and the floor weren’t clean (hair on the floor.
The towel had holes and stains.
The elevators weren’t working well.

Excellent accueil, personnel chaleureux. Très belle plage et piscines propres et bien entretenues

Cons:

Chambre poussiéreuse la première nuit, heureusement réglé après l’intervention du ménage. Nourriture pas très appréciée, mais le prix reste raisonnable.

コストがリーゾナブルで良かったです。食事はブュッフェでした。味良かったです。このビュッフェの値段もお手頃でした。
部屋の水の出もよく、快適ではあったのですが、部屋の電気が暗かったのが少し気になりました。

スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました。

Magnifique palace!
Pros:

Le place est magnifique, les architecture sont incroyable, vraiment très jolie!!
Il y’as beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner.
Il y’as un petit salon ou l’ont peut prendre une boisson pour se détendre et un bar à chicha

Il y’as quelque rénovation à faire mais ce n’est pas gênant, le lieu reste très beau

Pros:

Value for money was amazing! Staff were very helpful and friendly and welcoming. Service was fantastic and the amount of food served was great for me! Also was in a good location for me.

Cons:

When I was staying the buffet facilities were not in use which was strange. And lost some sleep due to wind moving the plastic furniture on balcony around so I suggest moving them in future.
The place felt empty and out of use almost.
