It's an experience!
Pros:

The hotel actually provides free shuttle bus to and fro Alishan Train station, which we only get to know on the day we checked in. So we arranged for a dropoff on the day of our check out.
One of the nearest hotel near the Alishan Tourist Center.

Cons:

There is no laundry available, no self-service laundry shop around as well. So need to cater accordingly for this.
Need to walk down a small flight of stairs to reach the hotel and also need to climb up the same flight of stairs to reach the commonly accessed zone.

Pros:

Location was great and they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel even after we checked out which was appreciated. The room had been nicely renovated as well.

Cons:

Service was just okay and there was no refrigerator in the room.

Pros:

房間沒有電暖器 但是ㄧ說有需要馬上有人把電暖器到房間安上了

Cons:

Check in 讓客人在冷得要死門口填寫資料？
明明已經預訂好房間了為什麼還要在門口填資料？

門口櫃檯人員跑去門口看熱鬧也沒有人在前台留守

Good for short stays but not families
Pros:

Good location. Had a complimentary van to ferry us from Alishan Transport Centre to the hotel. Transparent and clear cut policy: can choose to add on and hotel will accommodate to your needs, eg. NT300 for late check out

Cons:

Only 1 ventilation vent in the room, walls were thin.

很棒 下次阿里山玩再回來大峯
Pros:

整體住宿滿意，櫃檯人員親切，房間整體乾淨又有除濕機，洗手間有免治馬桶
早餐配合的餐廳好吃多樣化而且是吃到飽所以大胃王有福了，餐廳服務的阿姨姐姐們都很客氣整趟旅遊愉快

Cons:

床稍微可惜比較不好睡翻身會影響旁人
