Pricey for what it is, but not many options in a tourist town
Pros:

Good location, easy walk from the train station, comfortable bed

Cons:

No hot water prior to the early morning sunrise tour. A breakfast voucher was given for a place in town, it was pretty terrible

Great location and stay right in the town of Alishan.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The electric blankets were a nice amenity.

Cons:

The half open shower caused the whole bathroom floor to become wet. Other than that it was great.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in Alishan. It was quite cool in the room, but they provide a heated blanket and a small heater in the room, so I did not feel cold overnight. Friendly staff and room had everything I needed - would stay again!

Would definitely NOT come to this hotel again.

Nearer to amenities

Cons:

They mentioned free transport to and fro from the bus station but there was none for us and we were not even told in advance that the driver was on leave and had to pay for our transport when it should have been their responsibility to solve their driver’s absence and not us.

Not a customer-orientated hotel and is expensive.
