neu renoviertes Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtet. Lage in unmittelbarer Bahnhofnähe. Super freundliches Personal., seht zuvorkommend bezüglich früherer Abreise.
Frühstück auswärts und nicht gut.
The rooms were modern and the beds were comfortable.
This was the most expensive room we stayed in in Taiwan, it was adjacent to the lobby of a large hotel and our window was 3m from the motor scooter parking and the ramp for access. Photo shows the view from our room. We heard suitcases and motor scooters throughout ours stay, there was no privacy. . The room had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom, so we opened the window to get fresh air, but had to be seen and watch all guests arrive and depart. The room cost 6700TWD, we have stayed in places for 1000TWD that were more pleasant. I would not recommend staying img here.
Property wa recently renovated so new bed, new furniture, new bathroom.
Breakfast is at a restaurant up the hill in the shopping centre so big hike up a long set stairs. That is required to get anywhere like the train station so be prepared

I missed hooks for towels in the bathroom, as well as hooks for hanging things in the room.

It’s in the park which is great, the rooms were nice and clean and they also had very friendly and helpful staff.
Due to the fact that it is in the park, it was a bit expensive for one night, though cheaper than some other options. The rooms could also have been fitted with a fridge.
The room was newly remodeled and gorgeous.
The breakfast buffet at the local restaurant was okay but not great.
We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, recently renovated rooms and hotel. It looks much better than it does on the pictures. There also was a free shuttle service to both the train and bus station.
For breakfast you have to walk uphill to a different building and it’s only available until 9 am.
Our room on the third floor was newly renovated. It was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had hot water at all hours (sometimes it needed to run for a few minutes but I think this may be the general case for the hotels in the area). The pricing for the accommodation seems to be comparable to others in the area, which is high for Taiwan but this is a very touristed location with limited accommodations so they charge what they can. The front desk workers were very helpful (it is easier if you can communicate with them in Mandarin or Taiwanese but if you can't, translator apps can be very useful here!). The breakfast voucher was good for a local restaurant up the hill toward the train station (my understanding is that the other hotels have this arrangement as well).
The only thing we didn't like was that there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom pipes, that could probably be remedied by the hotel in a few different ways: by pouring hot water down the drain(s) for at least 30 straight seconds, and/or cleaning the drains by taking them apart and removing hair, debris, and buildup with a plastic drain snake.
The property is newly renovated and was extremely clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. I would definitely come back
De ligging tov het centrum van Alishan
Ze hebben geen eigen locatie voor ontbijt. Je krijgt een voucher mee om bij een restaurant in het centrum te ontbijten. Dat was echt bar slecht. Smaakloos, zeer beperkte keuze, niet eens een bakkie koffie.
Daarnaast zijn er volop werkzaamheden aan het hotel. Hopelijk betreffen deze werkzaamheden voor een nieuw - eigen! - restaurant faciliteit.
The room was newly renovated and very clean. It feels modern.
There was a taxi service to the transit center and the taxi driver was very friendly. Hotel is well located near the tourist center and train station on Alishan.
Toilet has a weird smell (probably sewage problem).
Check-in counter lady seems very tired of her job and did not tell us we need to book a ride to transit center 1 day in advance. Luckily it was solved by the friendly taxi driver.
