台北駅近くでロケーションが良いです。スタッフとLINE等のSNSでやり取りしますが、返信がとても早く、対応も丁寧で助かりました。連泊する際の部屋の掃除を依頼するカードをドアに表示し忘れたのですが、遅い時間にその旨を連絡した所、すぐに掃除とタオル交換をして貰えて助かりました。
カーテンが破損しており、全部は閉まりませんでした。冷蔵庫がないなど、値段通り設備は少しもの足りないです。ただし、値段が安いので満足しています。

地下街のZ8で出るとホテルの目の前Z4はエレベーターがあるので、大きい荷物でも安心です
地下街は広すぎて迷います！
三越デパート（新光三越）を目指すと分かりやすいかもしれません。
地上では、消防署を目指すと分かりやすいです。

お掃除はゴミ箱、お風呂はしてくれるが、ベットメイクはお掃除係の人にお願いしないとしてくれない
ビルにはエレベーターが2箇所各2機あります。エレベーターを待つ事はほぼ無かったです
受付には、重量計があるのでありがたかった。
音漏れが酷すぎる
廊下を歩くだけで、各部屋のテレビの音が聞こえる。
寝るだけで帰って来る人には問題無いと思います
お風呂はユニットバスなのに、シャワーカーテンがない（笑）

Basic but functional room, enough space. Next door to main station. Had communal fridge and luggage room. Good a/c and WiFi
On busy road so traffic noise, but if a/c on it creates enough white noise so you don’t really notice traffic. Staff noisily moving (I assume) trolleys with laundry outside my room after 11 each night
The only good thing was the location but that isn’t worth the negative things.
Please do yourself a massive favor and don’t stay there!!
I booked this place for four nights. The first room I stayed in had a mold problem which I discovered the next day. I arrived at the hotel a bit late and didn’t see it until the next morning. So I texted them (you can communicate with them via WhatsApp when there’s no one at the front desk) that I would like to switch rooms to one without mold. They told me there would be a free room at around 9:30 PM which worked fine because I was out doing some sightseeing.
When I switched rooms that evening I saw that there was even more mold than in the room before and there were cockroaches in the bathroom as well!! Absolutely disgusting.
The walls were also super thin. You could hear every noise from outside and inside the hotel.
I then texted them that I am going to check out early for the reasons I mentioned above, and they didn’t even apologize or acknowledge these problems at all. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay which they okayed, but when I went to the front desk to get it the woman working there was so rude. Sorry if you’re having a bad day or you don’t like your job, but that’s not my problem.
I honestly don’t know how this place has 8,0 here in booking. For 150€ per night I expected so much more. I would give it a 0/10 if I could.
I forgot to take pictures of all of the mold, there were literal walls covered in it. But I took some in the new room before I left.
