Perfect location but some upgrade is needed
Pros:

- The location is perfect, very close to the main station.
- Staffs were responsive on Line App.
- Digital door lock which needs only passkey. No need to take key cards.
- Bathroom with good water pressure.

Cons:

- The room was very outdated with some dust and hair. No socket near bed. Very limited space to put stuffs on.

- The bathroom could be slippery even with shower curtain installed. It would get all wet once showered.

- After 22.00 I didn’t realize that there will be no reception. I got there and saw no one so I could not check in and get the passkey for the room for a while. Line chat was not very responsive anymore and it took a while until someone responded.

- There are elevators round the back of the hotel that anyone from the main street can get up to the hotel rooms directly as the reception is located on the other corner of the hotel. Not that much security.

Great location
Pros:

Extremely central location next to Taipei Main Station. Room was quite small but enough for one person.

Cons:

Quite expensive for what you get, and there is no fridge in the room.

Good experience
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff and clean, good rooms.

Cons:

The mattress is too soft and doesn't have a bidet spray. Hope the hotel will upgrade to improve the experience.

とっても良かったです！！
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても良かったので安心して宿泊出来ました。またホテルエレベーター降りてすぐに美味しい露店がたくさんあったので、毎日何かしら食べ物を調達出来てとても便利でした。台北駅も便利な地下街で繋がっていますし、また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

隣に宿泊されていた外人さんのお子さんが、夜中でもテンション高くて大きな声で騒いでいたのが少し騒々しく残念でした。お子さんが昼間騒ぐ分には気にならないのですが、深夜だったのでフロントに注意喚起していただこうと考えましたが、目をつぶりました。
