Cons:

Toilet broke and we were forced to pay for it. Staff contacted me at 1030 pm and by the time I replied the manager had gone to bed. This is the night before check out so dealing with this was an unprecedented emergency. If the staff was not trying to scam me or was actually providing a diplomatic customer service solution I would feel like they would be alerting me during cleaning, which is when they saw the damaged toilet

Should have checked into another hotel
Pros:

We were very disappointed so nothing.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the property overall. Very dirty needs a good clean. Rooms rented out to working girls we expect based on activity on our floor during the night. No hot water no working tv and no cleaning when requested. Yuk is the description we gave this hotel.
