I would stay again. The positive outweigh the negative. And it’s a great location for me

Clean and comfortable
Washing machine in the building is convenient
Staff are nice and helpful

Cons:

Wifi was not reliable. Used phone hotspot most of the time
Had noisy neighbors one night and had to complain
Walls are a little paper thin
