El hotel es un auténtico desastre: no hay agua caliente, solo templada, y los baños huelen a tubería, un olor que se trasladaba a la habitación. Las instalaciones son muy viejas y se ven baratas (con malos acabados, hormigas, todo oxidado, mosquitera rota con agujeros...), mobiliario roto y plastiquero y la ropa de cama tenía mal olor, como a humedad. El personal del hotel entró en varias ocasiones a nuestra habitación con nosotros dentro, estando la puerta cerrada, sin llamar. Nada más llegar al hotel te entregan un disclaimer de seguridad, diciendo que dejes todo lo de valor dentro de la caja fuerte, que no se hacen responsables de los robos y este aspecto lo resaltan mucho... nos dio muy poca tranquilidad y seguridad. El precio es excesivo por lo que obtienes. Estábamos en régimen de desayuno incluido, el cual era buffet, pero como fuimos en temporada baja y no había muchos clientes, se nos dijo que pasaba a ser desayuno a la carta (reduciendo muchísimo las opciones). Un día comimos a la carta en la cafetería y fue una de las peores comidas de mi vida (pollo lleno de cartílagos, una ensalada césar con la lechuga pasada y los croutons blandos... un horror y encima carísimo). Los "masais" de la entrada, que no son masais super antipáticos y esperan propina por todo, aun trabajando muy a desgana. Todo el personal va "con la calma", tardando más de 1 hora y media en servir la comida cuando pides a la carta. La zona de la piscina tiene basura que tardan bastante en recoger, es como si a nadie le importara el estado de conservación del hotel. Me llamó especialmente la atención que se nos salió la cortina del riel y no nos lo arreglaron en toda la estancia. Muy decadente. Si lo llego a saber cojo uno de los macreoresorts de al lado, que total, costaban un poco más.

A szobánk állapota nem volt jó, régi, lelakott és kopott volt. A plafonon omlott le a vakolat, a bútorok is sérültek voltak. Az ágy körüli szúnyogháló szakadt volt. Az ágyneműkön vér és kosz foltok voltak, hiába cserélték le, szinte mindegyik huzat foltos volt. Sajnos valószínűleg nem volt megfelelően mosva. Sem az ágyneműnek sem a törülközőnek nem volt sem jó illata, sem tiszta illata, állott szaguk volt sajnos. A bárnál lévő medencében a víz alatt omlott le a belső vakolat több helyen is, ez roppant kiábrándító volt. Sajnos a parton lévő napágyak körül ritkán szedték össze a poharakat és a szemetet, minden szét volt hagyva. A személyzet segítőkészsége is néhány esetben kifogásolható volt, szerettünk volna kérni reggeli csomagot, ugyanis másnap hajnalban indultunk a szafari kirándulásra, és nem tudtuk volna elfogyasztani a reggelit a szállodában (ami ugyebár ki volt fizetve). Ez a reggeli csomag összekészítés hosszú évek óta működik minden szállodában más országokban is (tapasztalat), de itt közölték velünk, hogy nem csinálnak ilyet.
Utána olvastam és 2015-ben volt utoljára felújítva a hotel. Amit sajnos meg is tapasztaltunk. Ideje lenne felújítani a szobákat és a medencéket karbantartani!!!!!

The food quality was shocking, to say the least. The hotel positions itself as Italian, yet couldn't offer something as basic as pizza — a fundamental of Italian cuisine. Beyond the limited options, we were served raw food on more than one occasion, which is not only disappointing but a serious concern. Serving identical meals for both lunch and dinner only added to the frustration, and frankly, it's a standard no guest should have to accept. We brought these issues to the attention of management, only to be met with complete indifference — no urgency, no solutions, and no remorse. That attitude alone speaks volumes about how this hotel regards its guests. If the food wasn't enough, the room conditions made things worse. One of the beds was placed in an area with absolutely no air conditioning or fan, making it impossible for our child to sleep there comfortably. As a result, our child had to share our bed for the entire stay — an added stress that no family on holiday should ever have to deal with. This was a failure on every level.

Customer handling is so annoying. My door was knocked 2x mistakenly by room service. Waking us up. Poor communication among each other.

Několikrát mi přestal fungovat čip od pokoje a musel jsem ho jít měnit na recepci.

Camera de lux 2 piano, travi di legno nel soffitto. rumore costante di tarli,soprattutto la notte. Il bidet si risolve ad un doccino vicino al wc.
