Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt. Az ellátás bőséges, a szoba tisztasága kiváló, minden nap kétszer takarítottak, szúnyogot irtottak, naponta cserélték a törölközőket és napi két palack vizet hoztak. A pincéreknél mindenkivel meg voltunk elégedve, de szeretném külön kiemelni Alfat aki még álomszerűbbé tette az ott tartózkodásunkat.
Mindenképp visszatérünk még.

Pros:

Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr bemüht und hat auch immer während wir beim Abendessen waren das Mosquitonetz über dem Bett aufgespannt und mit Mückenspray imprägniert.

Cons:

Sieht auf den Bildern alles viel besser aus als es tatsächlich ist. Das Gym ist keinesfalls gut ausgestattet und das Equipment ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Poolwände blättern ab, das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und ungemütlich. Außerdem ist hier alles viel teurer als an der Ostküste, wo es uns wesentlich besser gefallen hat. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr laut und rücksichtslos, keine Entspannung am hoteleigenen Strand möglich. Buffet mittelmäßig.

un poco decepcionado

nunca nos hicieron el aseo de la habitación, tuvimos que pedir que repusieran toallas y papel higiénico y agua.
el WIFI muy inestable. Todas las tardes se cortaba la energía de todo el hotel. Los funcionarios expelían un olor muy desagradable.
cuando pedimos un taxi desde la recepción, nos enviaron un joven (al parecer amigo de la recepcionista), que nos cobró algo de más y su taxi ni siquiera tenía AC. y cuando nos fuimos, querían que pagara en efectivo, indicando que el sistema para tarjetas no funcionaba, y por supuesto que si funcionaba.

It was just okay

It’s not what you see on pictures.. the aircon was not working properly it was too hot but room was comfortable. Clothes and towels hanging from the balcony

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia a colazione, pranzo e cena.
Ottime anche le escursioni, stanze spaziose e comode, compreso il letto.

Cons:

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

Einzig das Meer ist toll - aber Quallen die wehtun.

Das Personal war das unfreundlichste in 30 Jahren Reisen. Arrogant und anmaßend. Kein einziges Danke oder Bitte. Kein Gruß oder lächeln. Abwertente Gesten gegenüber meiner Frau weil nicht verhüllt. Muslimische Anmaßungen im Ramadan. Absolut stinkende als als Krieger verkleidete Kofferträger. Zimmermädchen die einen frech anschnauzen. Das erste Zimmer statt 35m2 und Balkon rund 20 m2 und einen Balkon von ca 1m2 direkt neben den Durchgangsweg. Türen die jeden Laut durchlassen. Am Ende des fünftägigen Aufenthalts und je weiter der Ramadan fortgeschritten ist umso mehr konnte man die Abneigung gegen uns Europäer erkennen die sich nicht dem Gehabe des Personals unterwarfen. Am Abend Verkäufer in der Anlage am Weg zum Zimmer die sich Dir in den Weg stellen und um die DU herumgehen muss und dich Dich ankeifen etwas zu kaufen und Deiner Frau dann nachpfeifen und in Ihrer Sprache etwas nachrufen was sicher nicht freundlich ist.
