Very comfortable stay , great food and helpful staff.
Pros:

Good charging and internet , close to shopping. Food was excellent! Manager arranged laundry for us that was done perfectly offsite ..

Good dining experience at Mbeya hotel
Pros:

Spacious bedroom.

Great dining experience- fresh food, well prepared to my liking. Try their starter mushroom soup, with some herbs.

Cons:

Consider renovating/ upgrading the rooms for instance the bathroom in room 126 needs some thorough working on it especially the shower area and sink.
Get rid of "colorful" recycled blankets.

Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die Lage, nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern im Bankenviertel. Zu Fuß war alles von Interesse zu erreichen. Die kurzfristige Planung eines Ausfluges war ebenfalls seht gut. Sitzplätze im Freien stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Frisches Obst zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr lange Wartezeit auf das Essen. Teilweise träge Bedienungen. Die Tische im Freien meist beschädigt und dreckig, klebrig. Salz- und Pfefferstreuer ebenfalls klebrig. Die aufgegebene Wäsche hatte nach dem Waschen Waschmittelreste und roch nach frtiertem Fett.

My stay was pleasant and okay.
Pros:

The location was very convenient as it was near the office I was going to. Breakfast was tasty and freshly made. Bed was comfortable and some staff were friendly and helpful, but not all.

Cons:

They did not have any information about my booking. I had to convince them that I was booked. The receptionist had to call someone

Pros:

The food at the restaurant was great and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have Tea/coffee making facilities in the room as we had an early checkout and the kitchen was not open for us to get a hot drink, however one of your kind staff managed to get us some hot water and some coffee.
