Staff was nice and helpful, using Google Translator we manage to understand quite well.

Cons:

The room was dated, very basic, few amenities: they provide shampoo but no soap or shower gel, no hair dryer, there was a kettle but no cups or anything else.

Cons:

The first room we had smelled so bad like smoke and also no windows so very depressing. We upgrading to one with a window and no weird sex bed thingy and was much happier!

the floor is dirty, the air-condition is so noisy, very humid when the first time come to room

The staff was very friendly and helped us organizing a bus to our next destination. The room had a good size and was clean. We can recommend this hotel.
