Overall the place is very good, staff were helpful and willing to do more.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good and quiet location and also close to shopping malls. Very clean and nice food

Cons:

Their coffee maker was not working and I’m not a fan of instant coffee. I like filter coffee.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff are very professional, the rooms, bathrooms are very neat. Visited with my Family and we loved it

Asmara Hotel Lusaka - guests are treated as friends
Pros:

Asmara Hotel is a great place, located close to the East Park and Arcades malls with their shops, restaurants and clubs, and moreover, inside one of the green lounges of Lusaka.
The rooms of the Asmara including bath rooms are comfortable as well as very spacious and moreover, the showers have some 6 square meters space ... a dream.
The staff is very polite and friendly, the space is very clean, and treat the guests as members of the family :)

Cons:

In principle, I didn't miss anything - all my desires were met.

Good place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. No issues with check-in or checkout. Breakfast was included and good. Some items could be kept warmer. We had dinner 2 nights and the meals were excellent. Only issue for us was the lack of an elevator but ground floor rooms were available.

Pros:

During most of my stay, the network connectivity was extremely poor. On several occasions, I was informed that a technician would be called to assess the issue. However, throughout the entire week, despite my numerous calls requesting assistance, the problem remained unresolved.

As an international traveller, consistent and reliable connectivity is essential for communication, navigation, and managing travel arrangements. The lack of stable network access caused significant inconvenience.

Cons:

Consistent wifi issues and the breakfast selection is very poor.
