Lovely hotel close to shopping mall and very lovely and helpful staff. Rooms were immaculate
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff very attentive

Cons:

I thought the room service meal would have been better. The steak was too tough we couldn't eat

Welcoming, comfortable hotel, with a few minor design faults
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The power sockets are international and so take most plugs. Although the internet was a little intermittent, it was strong enough to stream an hour documentary without interruption. The hotel is within walking distance of the East Park Mall. It offers a friendly and comfortable taxi service to the airport.

Cons:

The restaurant has very few vegetarian options (although that appears to be fairly typical for this part of the world). The grounds feel a bit cramped, and most of the ground-floor rooms (there are only two floors) look directly into the small area of grass and the outside restaurant seating, so there does not feel like there is much privacy. The shower has great water-flow, but the floor is tilted and the drain is at the top end, so a lot of water does not drain away.
