The staff, especially Slavica, were so helpful. It was a public holiday on our checkout day and getting a taxi to the airport was near impossible -however Slavica provided a solution and we got to the airport on time.

Beds are a bit on the hard side, but for us were perfect, double pillows, very comfortable

There is noting to dislike actually for the hotel features. The hotel runs smoothly. We have all we needed. And it exceeded expectations
If I would pick one thing it would be lacking of the domestic atmosphere... Feels a bit like a "stop on the way"...but we were only for two nights so perhaps that explains it

The location and the big rooms. The air conditioning is very decent. Better than in some Western European countries.
The main pool’s water is cold. And not friendly for kids despite having a toddlers pool. Not enough greenery around the pool.
Great staff, swimming pool, very nice and big rooms
Honestly disappointing breakfast that doesn't change at all, with middle to low quality ingredients. Our AC inside the room wasn't working, luckily amazing Ohrid's weather and big rooms were enough not to be annoyed by it. There were also very loud guests we complained about, but it looked like hotel management were unable to interfere and help us out
