Please note all reservations must be made 3 days in advance. If the arrival time is past 14:00 (local time), the guest must make a deposit to the property in advance.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, por lejos. La limpieza está bastante bien y el personal es muy amable. La habitación era confortable y espaciosa.

Cons:

El desayuno no es tan variado y hay poca disponibilidad de productos, como por ejemplo sin lactosa. Proteínas disponibles son de media calidad.

sufrí un robo en mi habitación producto al parecer de que fui drogado en el centro de tacna , solicite las cámaras y no me otorgaron las imágenes, me manifestaron que eso solo el dueño las podía ver y el no estaba y en la noche el conserje no tomo la precaución de que yo solicite la habitación para una persona y llegue acompañado, por lo me robaron 400 mil pesos , teléfono y audífonos, el día jueves 21 de agosto se me cobro el total de la estadía y solo pase una noche por que tuve que regresar a arica para solucionar el problema hasta hoy ninguna comunicación con las imágenes..quisiera solicitar el reembolso del pago echo por los 5 días...
