Pros:

Habitaciones confortables, buena ubicación y linda terraza donde tienes a disposición té y/o cafecito a cualquier hora, también hay juegos de mesa que puedes disfrutar mientras descansas en la terraza.

Just the best family run hotel in Peru
Pros:

What a little gem! I loved my stay at Tamaris.. I could not have hoped for a more genuine and helpful welcome. This lovely family run hotel is warm and welcoming. It’s also got a really fabulous roof top hand out place with free coffee! lovely clean and comfortable and an excellent location for restaurants and bus terminals.

La ducha.

Cons:

Las camas sonaban... Los enchufes estaban defectuosos... Habían hormigas, no podía dejar mis alimentos un momento. Muy incómodo para 90 soles que cobraron, he ido a hoteles de 40 soles y en mucho mejor estado.

Ruhig und für 1 Nacht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.
Mein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Flur - via einem hohen Schacht, der etwas Tageslicht hereinlässt - War sehr ruhig. Das ist sehr erwähnenswert, denn ich empfand die Stadt an sich sehr chaotisch, laut und die Autofahrer aggressiv und viel am Hupen. Da war die Ruhe im Zimmer eine Wohltat.

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich dunkel, da kein direktes Tageslicht.
Bett ziemlich durchgelegen.
Kein Föhn, auch nicht zum Ausleihen.

La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

El hotel ofrecía desayuno según Booking y ese fue un factor decisivo en seleccionar el hotel para nuestra estadía. Pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había desayuno. Cuando le mostré que estaba indicado como incluido en el precio, consultaron y nos devolvieron un total de 20 soles, siempre en cuando pagamos en efectivo. Como éramos cuatro personas, la devolución equivalía a 2.50 por desayuno.

Economic hotel with exceptionally nice staff. Meets expectations.
Pros:

Exceptionnally nice and helpful staff, family run. Quiet place (we asked for interior rooms). Fairly well located close to the plaza de armas and main streets.

You have to ask for shampoo...

Very good value for the price
Pros:

Family business with very nice people attending the reception 24/7
We were able to choose our room based on our preferences
In walking distance to the airport (!, about 20 min), to most bus companies (< 5 min), and to the main plaza (10 min)

Cons:

Not really a negative, but the breakfast was not available contrary to the anouncement, due to shortage of workforce.

Fueron muy atentos y serviciales, sea la hora que sea me ayudaron a mi y mis hijos.
Super recomendado, y el ambiente tranquilo para descansar. La ducha siempre con agua caliente y con toallas suficientes.

The terrace alone is worth staying here
Pros:

Extremely nice and helpful staff - they let check me in at 5am without any issues! The best part of this hotel is however the beautiful huge terrace where also breakfast is served.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit worn, but the bed was very comfy though :)

Excellent staff, really nice comfortable hotel.
Pros:

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff are excellent, the breakfast was good. The rooftop breakfast area/garden is quite nice. I spent a good deal of time up there. The hotel is close to the central square and there's a great seafood restaurant right across the street.

Cons:

The gym downstairs was a little noisy in the early evening, but you didn't hear it on the upper levels.

Superb
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, location is helpful as it's very central and right by the bus garages which is what I needed and the rooftop breakfast area is lovely!
