Hay un poco de ruido por la noche de los condensadores del aire acondicionado, pero se duerme bien !
La ubicacion es la que me ha llevado a escoger este hotel varias veces. Facilita el tipo de actividad a la que me voy a Pucallpa. En este viaje encontre que la llave de agua del lavatorio no cerraba bien y dejaba salir un hilo de agua permanente, reporte este problema al mostrador de atencion. El control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien para prenderlo , apagarlo y poner la temperatura deseada, habia que intentar varias veces hasta lograrlo. El control del TV no apagaba el televisor, habia que desconectarlo de la pared, finalmente me cambiaron el control.

El personal es A-1, tanto del hotel, como del restaurante y siempre están prestos para ayudarte! Cuando no pudimos tomar desayuno por el tour, nos lo preparan para llevar!
