L'emplacement
Pros:

Tout à côté l'embarcadère pour le marché flottant et près des endroits intéressants de la ville. La chambre était claire et propre.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur des sortes d'entrepôts d'où provenaient de forts bruits mécaniques, jusque tard dans la nuit, et ce, toutes fenêtres fermées.

Everything going well here
Pros:

The owners both mother and son and all the staff are excellent! Especially Mr Minh Khang @ he is just great 👍! Even though he speaks little English, he tried to help with the translator of everything we asked. Facilities are limited but just enough for us. With the price we paid we are satisfied. Will stay here again when we come back to visit Can Tho.

Cons:

The only issue was the hot water was not running during morning and night 😭😂

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner.
L’emplacement proche du ponton pour faire sortie en bateaux et proche du pont piéton.
La ville est très animée et à l’hôtel on est au calme, c’est parfait.

Cons:

La chambre que j’avais réservé n’était pas disponible, on m’à proposé la bonne chambre pour une nuit, mais on n’avait pas envie de déménager.
Je pense aussi que la terrasse proposée sur booking n’existe pas.
Sinon ils ont été adorables pour nous arranger.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Can Tho. Great value!
Pros:

I stayed at Kim Thủy Ngân Hà Hotel for three nights while exploring Cần Thơ and the Mekong Delta, and honestly, it was one of the best-value stays I’ve had in Vietnam so far.

You can’t beat the location, just a short walk to the night market, the Ninh Kiều Wharf, and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. It felt safe walking around at night, and there’s a convenience store right around the corner if you need anything last minute. Perfect base for catching the early morning floating market tour (the hotel helped arrange that too).

Rooms were well-maintained. Linens were fresh, no weird smells. I appreciated that the floors were tile and not carpet — much easier to keep clean in the humid weather.

The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful, even though their English was limited. The receptionist went out of her way to show me where to get local snacks, and they helped me book a boat tour without overcharging. You can tell it’s a family-run place, it feels personal and welcoming.

I booked a double room — it had a comfy bed, working AC, hot water, and surprisingly decent Wi-Fi. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it had everything I needed.

The hotel is in the city center, so there’s some street noise during the day, but it quiets down at night. I’m a light sleeper and still managed fine.

Great value for the location and service. At that price point, it’s hard to beat. You’re getting a private room, not a hostel bed.

Cons:

No breakfast included, but with so many street food options nearby, it wasn’t a problem.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Cần Thơ, close to attractions and the night market. The floating is almost next door. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local Vietnamese dishes and Western options. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
