Pros:

De kamers waren lekker groot en modern ingericht. De badkamer was gerenoveerd en vanaf je balkon had je een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, we hebben genoten!

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen, misschien was het zwembad een beetje te koud voor ons, maar verder helemaal niets aan te merken op dit leuke hotel!

Wygodny hotel otoczony winnicami, idealny na wypoczynek w stylu "hygge"
Pros:

Wspaniale miejsce, nowoczesne i gustownie urządzone. Mega wygodne łóżka. Przestronny pokoj z tarasem. Spory basen. Pyszne śniadanko. Przemiła obsługa.

Cons:

Bardzo blisko drogi przelotowej, która generowała troche hałasu. Na plus, że obiekt jest otoczony winnicami. Wiec z tarasu widać było tę drogę, ale też winnice i pasące się w winoroślach konie.

Très bonne adresse pour une halte au calme au milieu des vignes
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et le personnel très sympathique.
Superbe halte pour découvrir la vallée du Douro, l'hôtel est calme entouré de vignes.
La piscine est un plus après une journée de voiture

Beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. Super helpful staff. What a stunning setting, the view is fantastic. Garage under the hotel for our motorcycles. The pool is lovely, great food.

Pros:

Місце дуже затишне і мальовниче. Персонал дуже дружелюбний, розповіли де і що можна подивитися поряд, дали мапу, відмітивши ці місця. Також ми спробували смачний москатель, який тут виробляють. Номер був з великим балконом, на якому було приємно сидіти вночі і дивитися на зірки.

Overall it was a great stay
Pros:

The location is within perfect range to the town. The breakfast was good with an excellent range of different foods. The staff were amazing, especially Alexandro. He went out his way to help when needed.

Cons:

The only thing which I didn't like was that the bath tub did not have a bath plug. I did get one day from the reception, but even with that the taps in the bath did not allow it to be changed to bath, only shower spray was available. The shower head did not stay on the hook and kept falling off, also the height of the shower head on the wall (when it stayed on) was very low. I am short and it was aligned to my face.

Pros:

Chambres rénovées très agréables et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, il y a des produits fait maison.
Le personnel est très serviable.
En quelques minutes à pied, nous avons rejoint le centre ville où nous avons pu déguster de bonnes choses dans un bar à vin.
Il y a 2 bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique, ce qui était très pratique car il n'y en a pas beaucoup dans les environs.
Recommandé.

I did not like that hotel!

Cons:

The room is old, burned light bulb, bathroom bin full with previous gest's residues. This hotel is not maintained properly. I was just waiting to get out. Sorry.

Poor location on a steep hillside
Parking was more like a barn. Service Poor, food Poor and overpriced, bad breakfast. Whole place is infested with ants.
