Pros:

Propre, très calme et bien situé. Possibilité de manger et boire sur place. Les smoothies sont délicieux.
Le gérant m’a autorisé à Check in avant 14h car j’étais exténué après le trajet en train depuis Bangkok. Un grand merci pour l’accueil

Très bonne emplacement pour se déplacer à Chiang Mai.

Cons:

La chambre vraiment petite. Le lit passe juste entre les murs et posé sur des palettes.

Pros:

The hosts seemed like wonderful people.
150 mbps wifi.

Cons:

This place is very run down. Everything is dirty, it didn't seem like cleaning happens on a daily basis, or even annual basis.
Mattress was newish, but box spring was very old and seemed like potential habitat.

Pros:

The location is great, have a night market right next to it and easy to get around, owner was nice and rented his scooter for around 200 per day

Cons:

Private rooms are quite dissapointing as dirty and the walls are falling apart, there were many ants/insects in my room and it smelled a little bad too as there is no ventilation inside. Also note that private rooms are on the 4th floor so always stairs

La situation géographique, le personnel très sympathique et les clients aussi.

Cons:

Pas de glace dans la chambre , matelas sur des palettes ,chambre sombre, j'ai dû demander des draps
