Great place to stay and very friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent food, excellent facilities, staff very friendly, one free use of the hamam was included which was a real bonus.

Cons:

Some issues with the payment on the first day which took a while to ressolve, got charged twice and I could show them on my bank, but it took a week to get the money back, in the meantime it meant I was a few hundred pounds short. Luckily I had a second method of payment, otherwise I dont know what would have happened. I would prefer to be able to pay in advance, rather than at the hotel.

A part walid du restaurant(attentionné )aucun serveur ne s'est préoccupé de nous et étions déçus par le dîner de la st Sylvestre ou nous nous trouvions relégués a un endroit d où on ne pouvait rien voir du spectacle . Nous nous demandions quels étaient les critères pour se trouver dans la bonne salle est ce les pourboires qui manquaient ? Car à notre humble avis ils se donnent en fin de séjour pas avant. Une différence très nette entre les clients.

Tout était très bien comme d’habitude, en particulier le personnel de la réception, de l’animation et du restaurant, qui ont été à la hauteur des attentes.
Cependant, ce qui a attiré mon attention cette fois-ci, c’est la présence de plusieurs employés de l’hôtel occupant visiblement des postes à responsabilité, mais qui ne portaient pas de badge avec leur nom. De plus, certains d’entre eux ne saluaient pas les clients, ce qui est pourtant une règle de base dans le domaine du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie.
À mon avis, il serait important qu’ils portent des badges nominatifs et adoptent une attitude plus accueillante envers les clients. Cela a été le seul point négatif que j’ai remarqué lors de ce séjour, mais il m’a particulièrement marqué.

Good place for relaxing holiday

A large, nicel, quiet, and clean hotel in a peaceful area. in Yasmine Hammamet, The rooms are spacious and modern, and the service is excellent.
Breakfast & Dinner was good, delicious fresh and tasty food,
I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, especially Mr. Nabil at reception, who was professional and very kind.
