Location was really the only plus

Cons:

Poor entertainment. Bingo and karaoke twice in 6 days and no organised evening shows by the entertainment team. Main toilets by the bar were dirty and doors did not lock. Pressured to give a good review and even offered a free massage to do it

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, we’ve stayed here twice and it was always clean with good food and a nice atmosphere. It’s not extremely fancy but it you’re looking for a quick and enjoyable holiday on a smaller budget, it’s definitely really nice.

Fab short Stay
Pros:

My friend and I stayed in two separate bedrooms. On arrival they had decorated the room with flower petals. It was squeaky clean.
We had arrived around midnight and there was cooked food still available for us.
Brilliant selection of food and tasty.
The pools were great, a quiet one and lovely one.
The private beach was beautiful.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
They helped sort out travel to and from Catharge airport. It cost €120 return.
It's cheaper to shop in the actual stores rather than the bazaar mall.

Cons:

On booking.com it says check in closes at 7pm which caused us to worry unnecessarily but check in is actually 24/7. I emailed about the late check in and about if they'd have food for us but I didn't get a response to my emails so had to ring which was costly for me. I need't have worried about it if they'd emailed me back.

Séjour parfait et un personnel toujours attentif et au petit soin pour nous, nous recommandons à 200% cet établissement
Pros:

L’accueil est parfait, nous sommes accueillis par Oumayma qui parle parfaitement notre langue et nous guide pas à pas pour profiter de l’ensemble de l’établissement. Je tiens à signaler que Booking fait une erreur importante sur la description de cet établissement, celui-ci accepte les enfants et bébé sans problème, le chef cuisinier nous a même préparé des petits plats pour notre fils de 15mois, c’était parfait, nous recommandons évidemment cet établissement pour passer des bons moments en famille avec un personnel au petit soin pour nous.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire, beaucoup de gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquable. L’équipe est vraiment aux petits soins, avec un sens de l’accueil rare et une très belle éthique humaine.
Le check-in anticipé a été très apprécié, la chambre était magnifiquement décorée et préparée avec beaucoup d’attention. La cuisine était excellente, variée et de bonne qualité.
Mais le plus touchant reste la magnifique surprise organisée pour l'anniversaire de ma femme 🎂 Toute l’équipe a participé à rendre ce moment inoubliable, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et pleine de bienveillance.
Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, votre sourire permanent, votre respect et votre gentillesse. Vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Bravo à toute l’équipe 👏

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’hôtel, le confort de la chambre et l’ambiance calme et relaxante. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. Le buffet était varié et bon, et les piscines étaient excellents. L’hôtel est parfait pour un séjour en couple.
