Fantastic kitchen staff
Pros:

The lady in kitchen was amazing, pure hearted. She went all out cooking hot food daily for everyone with a smile. Always being extra helpful. Hotel was also great, we would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

L'hotel è vicino al centro di Kayseri ed è uno tra i pochi hotel ad avere camere per cinque persone. La struttura è semplice, abbastanza pulita e con una buona colazione. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, con la reception aperta giorno e notte. L'hotel possiede un parcheggio non custodito proprio davanti l'ingresso.. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e soluzione valida per una o due notti.

Affordable stay with just minibus access to the ski mountain
Pros:

Outside the main hustle and bustle of city. Super amazing customer service and support in English. Close to a few supermarkets to get snacks and food
500m walk to the minibus stop to get to Mt Erciyes. We had difficulty finding it but we found it in the end
Great price to get you for skiing!

Cons:

Shower was a bit outdated and leaked water
Partner didn’t like the dark corridors 😂

Okay for a stop over
Pros:

It was okay, I was very thankful for the 24 hour reception as I was arriving late at night and literally just needed somewhere to crash for the night. The staff were friendly and helful.

Cons:

The room was a bit run down, the bed wasn't the comfiest.

Pros:

Si llegas de madrugada al aeropuerto de Kayseri es una buena opción. Relación precio con otros hoteles de la zona muy buena. Por lo demás habitaciones sencillas con baño mejorable. En definitiva para una noche genial.
