Everything. Access to the beach, staff that was working there, especially breakfast was amazing!

La posizione, a 5min a piedi dalla spiaggia e da tutti i ristoranti, ma abbastanza tranquilla. La colazione super, con scelte salate e dolci e in più frutta, pane del fornaio, burro, marmellata, un succo e una brocca di caffè. Lo staff molto gentile, la camera molto grande e pulita, con aria condizionata e ventilatori. Tornerei sicuramente!

Tutto molto grazioso, soprattutto il giardino con la piscina .

The staff were very good, with a special mention for the security staff who do a great job and are always nice.
The breakfast was excellent, but there was a lot — we couldn’t finish it.

Our stay at Gaia was absolutely fantastic! The room is nice, the pool is amazing and the staff is also absolutely amazing! The breakfast was so good and on our last day we had to leave very early so they left us a take away breakfast, that was so sweet!! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Beautiful garden with pool, like being in a jungle. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. 5 minutes walk from Nungwi beach, Kendwa beach is also just 10 minutes by TucTuc taxi.

Pequeno almoço muito bom. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atentos às necessidades, especialmente o Isaya. Bastante perto da praia,5 minutos a pé.

酒店随时都有人可以联系，不管几点落地都可以让酒店联系车接送～员工非常nice，主动拿行李，很热情！

Super location right next to the beach . Staff went above and beyond for us for example making us a lovely breakfast to take on our safari with us and for decorating the room as it was our anniversary!

Very cozy place with an amazing swimming pool and delicious breakfast (the best that we had in Zanzi). The nature inside the hotel is stunning and very relaxing, also helps with the Zanzi heat.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even were participating in my birthday and prepared special pineapple cake for me 🧡.

So peaceful and lusciously green. Very quiet despite being so close to Nungwi beach. The staff were 10/10, comfortable room with great facilities and delicious fresh breakfast. Very family friendly and great location. We could not fault a single thing. Please be aware that in Zanzibar sometimes the power goes out but this is everywhere on the island that has the same problem, not the fault of the accommodation. Remember you are in africa, not the Maldives. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Gaia Villas. Alles klopte: het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles was super schoon en goed verzorgd. De binnentuin met het zwembad is prachtig groen en daardoor lekker koel – echt een fijne plek om te ontspannen. De sfeer is rustig en verzorgd, en het geheel voelt heel persoonlijk aan. Daarnaast ligt het strand op slechts vijf minuten lopen, wat ideaal is. Absoluut een aanrader!

Security and Service was both unbelievably friendly! We didn’t have to open the door once ourselves, even in the middle of the night!
The breakfast was spectacular - the freshly baked bread is something you don’t want to miss.
The whole place felt like an oasis, it‘s calm, green, not crowded and super clean! When you come in it is like 10 degrees cooler just because of the plants, which is a life saver on some days!
I would like to give more than 10 stars if I could because it was definetely one of the best accommodations I‘ve ever stayed at in my life!! The price is completely justified and we would definitely stay there again!
