If they offer a good deal, it might be worth staying there.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom.

No shelter, no breakfast place. Some problems totally understandable due the war.

Superb
Pros:

I have stayed there before, it is convenient for the bus and train stations. It is quiet, comfortable, clean, the breakfast is good, there is laundry upon request and the staff are helpful.

Cons:

There is no kettle.
