This is a lovely small lodging at the end of a quiet street. The grounds were beautifully decorated for Tet, and there are many pretty gardens, water features, and places to sit outdoors. Our room was quiet, large, and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in was swift and without issues, the staff gave us a warm welcome.
It's within walking distance of a few restaurants. It's also easy to get a Grab/taxi to get to the city center.
The only minor issues were with the restaurant. Sometimes, they got our breakfast order wrong, and they were slow to return to see if we needed anything else. At dinner, we got good food quickly, but then we had to leave our table to search for the server and get the bill.

It's a bit out of the main town.
We struggled with language and interpretation. Staff not able to help us because of our language problem
The garden and the food was good
Room was very average. Staff were mostly confused. I got charged twice for a dinner we put in our room. I paid immediately after dining and when we checked out they charged us again saying they couldn’t verify with the other staff.
The resort is quiet and peaceful and the outdoors are very well decorated. The bungalow was quite spacious and clean.
The choice was limited to 5 options. The personnel is friendly and wanted to do good but ordering in English was amusing at first and a bit annoying after several days.
No swimming pool.
In order to obtain hot water you have to let the water run for long minutes wich is wasteful.
The resort looked interesting for pictures and had a very interesting look.
It was a little bit dated, my bathroom vent fan was making all kinds of noise. We had to continuously ask for toilet paper.

It's a beautiful place with a peaceful ambiance, located in an accessible area to any land transportation. Accomodating and approachable staff some of them could communicate in English, reasonable price, service is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant within, food are good. Different and awesome landscapes good for taking photos and for relaxation suitable from kids to adult. Karaoke room too is good, recommendable place to stay either for business or leisure for group, couple or single.
