No hot water for shower.

the staff was not nice, the place have flies and no hot water to take shower.

I had to request a room change due to the shower head not working and a strange mold smell in the room. The attendant in the office was rude about my request. Another issue was the bed does not seem to be clean. I woke up itchy and a rash on my arms and legs.

The motel itself was okay, but the location and staff made the stay more frustrating than it should have been. It’s right next to the 22 freeway off-ramp on Trask with essentially one way in and one way out. You have to drive past the entrance, then make a U-turn to come back around. Traffic was consistently bad, so getting in and out was a hassle every time. The bigger issue was the staff. They came across as dismissive, and the regular front desk was never open during our two-day stay. The only way to talk to anyone (including at checkout) was through the night window. That felt impersonal and inconvenient. If you’re just looking for a basic place to sleep and don’t mind dealing with traffic and limited staff access, it’s usable. If easy access and responsive service matter to you, I’d look elsewhere. It was like our patronage was bothersome.

Microwave was too small and its glass plate was not the right size. The room had no iron to press clothes. No breakfast, no coffee or tea in the room, no shampoo in the shower area. When I had gone out, someone approached our room trying to sell iPhone to my son. That's too scary.

It would have been better if the clerk at the window had more help! He was multi tasking like crazy trying to take care of several customers at one time, and also helping get the TV in my room to work. He did! But clerk deserves a pat on the back for managing it all on his own! Thank you!

Having no pool was the only thing that is missing, but it's actually much quieter without having a pool, which means more traffic and noise if there was a pool! So did not really have anything 'bad' to say about this!

Old appliances shower had a crack

The person in office was rude and never there had to ring call bell to get him to go to office and they never answered phone

The bed was too noisy
