I don’t recommend this place at all.
Cons:

They have a sign saying they don’t accept reservations from booking.com alongside a couple other reservation sites. they then proceeded to cancel my booking.com reservation without refund despite saying they would and charged me an extra 600 on my “new” reservation. the rooms are filled w bugs and the air conditioning units aren’t cleaned at all. I’m not coming back ever.

Totally bad, disastrous indeed. Now suffering from bug bites. I have attached photo as well.

There are multiple issues.
1. Totally unclean. even hazardous.. My wife got rashes on both of her legs.. most likely due to carpet beetle bug bites. It has really affected her life so to speak among many other issues. It is scary. We are seeing a doctor today, but this place is the worst ever we have stayed in the past 2 decades

2. Shitty staff. After we reported bug bites during checkout, they said manager will call, but no body called even after a week or so now

2. Elevator door jams irrespective of any one present near the door or not. It can even kill people if u don't take precaution. Never seen that before

3. Once again, very very dirty, scary dirty, hazardous. Please any one out there, do NOT stay in this place ever.

Terrible, uncomfortable, disgusting, exhausting.

Didn’t have room we booked upon arrival. Went out to dinner and came back to a waterfall on the inside of the room just at the doorway so we were forced to get soaked by dirty roof water multiple times due to a leak and deteriorating ceiling. Were offered two other rooms that smelled like urine soaked carpeting and a third that had no bedding whatsoever and the furniture was all over the room.
