Me encantó todo el ambiente del lugar y sentir la conexión con la naturaleza. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento.

Me hubiese gustado que a la hora del desayuno me ofreciesen los demás productos disponibles (como la palta).

Cons:

No me gustó que la habitación de mis padres goteara el agua, pero le dieron una solución rápida y efectiva.

Estadía de ensueño
Pros:

Es espectacular, entrar ahí es como estar en otra ciudad en otro lugar completamente distinto, tiene un encanto único, no se escucha el ruido de los carros , despiertas con los cantos de las aves , árboles frutales por dónde camines mariposas de colores , piscina de buen tamaño . La comida muy rica. Y en especial puedes disfrutar de todo esto junto a tu mascota . Pocos lugares son pet friendly y en este lugar mi pequeña fue feliz habían otros perritos del lugar otros también de viaje . Muy lindo ver familias compartiendo viaje con sus mascotas. Es sin duda el paraíso
Por último prueben los helados son deliciosos .....🫶🏻

Cons:

Solo les doy 9 puntos porque hay algunas cositas que me gustaría que cambien . Como por ejemplo en la cabaña que teniamos habían dos habitaciones una tenía aireacondicionado la otra un aparato de piso que no refrescaba el ambiente tuvimos que solicitar un ventilador más y no era en realidad suficiente por el calor que hace en pleno verano es importante un aire acondicionado moderno . Luego de eso el espejo . Somos una familia de 5 y 4 somos mujeres no teníamos donde vernos los espejos del baño tenían poca luz y el de los cuartos se ubicaba en un tocador pequeño para verse en el espejo había q sentarse en una silla. Me hubiera gustado que tengan espejos de tamaño completo en cada habitación. O uno afuera alfrente de la puerta . Creo que eso es todo lo que podría yo mejorar del lugar para que sea realmente perfecto . Sin dudas volveremos los próximos años.

Pros:

La cabaña en medio de la naturaleza. La amabilidad del personal y los ambientes muy limpios. Fue una estancia muy acogedora para toda mi familia. Volveremos pronto con la voluntad de Dios. Todo muy hermoso

El trato de algún personal, que no fue cortés con mi padre, porque le llamo la atención por coger frutos de los arboles, cuando ya nos habían dicho que los turistas clientes si podíamos coger los frutos.

La amplitud, la cantidad de personal atendiendo. 100% buen servicio. La comida buenísima. La piscina siempre limpiecita.
Lindo lugar para disfrutar.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento a los juegos de niños, oxidados, sucios. Ir con niños es un riesgo. Eso deberían mejorar y cambiarlos.
Los dormitorios limpios pero con arañas y deberían cambiar el forroo cojin de la banqueta del kitchener (habitación 103) que esta viejo y sucio.
