The towels were torn, the staff service was poor, and they were cutting down trees on Saturday at 7 AM, disrupting sleep and then the tranquility of breakfast.
Es un lugar tranquilo para desconectarse y relajarse unos días, sin ruido de ciudad.
En realidad, todo estuvo bien.
La comunicación del hotel conmigo sobre las actividades que estaba disponibles.
Se escuchaba el ruido entre las habitaciones, podía escuchar las conversaciones de los otros huéspedes. Llantos de bebés etc . La ducha puede mejorar, parecía algo vieja y caía poca agua y regular la temperatura era complicado. Adicional no bajan toallas para manos o cara.

The grounds are large and have the structure of a traditional agricultural estate, which gives the property a unique setting.
The bungalow-style layout offers privacy and separation between units.
The pisco tasting operation itself appears well-organized and efficient (clearly their core strength).
Business model mismatch:
- The property appears designed almost entirely around high-volume bus tourism for pisco tastings. - Overnight guests feel secondary.
Service essentially nonexistent:
- No proactive service anywhere (pool, bar, common areas)
- Repeated attempts to get service at the bar went unanswered
- Only interaction with staff was at check-in and check-out
No housekeeping:
- Stayed three nights; room was never cleaned
- No replacement of towels, toilet paper, or basic supplies
Severely inadequate climate control:
- A/C only installed in one of two rooms
- Unit stopped working after the first day (likely lost refrigerant)
- Second room had only a desk fan
- Ceiling fans were nonfunctional (one missing blades entirely)
- A/C unit appeared extremely old; controls were broken or worn off
- Remote did not work → no ability to control temperature
- Nights were uncomfortably hot
Breakfast extremely limited and rigid:
- Minimal offering (e.g., egg or half an avocado)
- Additional items cost extra
- Charged 2 soles for one extra bread roll
Property maintenance issues:
- Agricultural areas appear neglected
- Rotting fruit left on trees (mangoes, dates)
- General lack of upkeep across the grounds
Only the greenery around was a bonus
Wifi wouldn’t reach into the rooms (so much for high speed internet)
Staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating- too busy with vineyard tours and prep for that, no real acknowledgment for people staying at the hotel
Breakfast service was shocking. Have been offered avocado twice and have never received it in the 4 days of staying there.
Location - miles out of the city, not possible to walk due to stray dogs all around, so you must get a taxi.
Shower was broken when arrived (they fixed it though)

Kids playground? It shouldn’t even be mentioned as a bonus cos it was just disastrous looking one
No shop for anything, not even water, nor was there a dinner service of any sort as the restaurant shuts at 5.30pm. From then on you’re stranded in middle of nowhere with nothing to do and nowhere to go.

Ubicación
Trato de la chef fue malcriada y grosera . Por ese motivo nos retiramos del hotel . No utilizamos ni la habitación porq estábamos esperando q esté lista y nos ofrecieron utilizar la piscina . La cual está al lado del bar y la cocina . La chef se encontraba eufórica hablando fuerte y groserías , cuando mi esposo le pidió q controlara su vocabulario ordenó a su personal q pongan música alta . Cuando le pedí q bajaran el volumen de la música porq queríamos estar tranquilos ( estábamos solo nosotros en ese momento en la piscina ) manifestó q comenzarían las comandas y que iba ser más ruido . No quiso que bajan la música y además le comenzó a levantar la voz a mi esposo y decirle que era arrogante . Por ese motivo decidimos retirarnos del hotel .
El lugar es agradable , naturaleza!!!
Estando en un lugar tan natural , no hay lugares para reciclar ni plástico , ni compost . El desayuno no proponen mermeladas de su huerto o de los árboles como el mango que está regado por todos lados, ni fruta , nos pareció muy raro , proponer cosas muy envasadas en un lugar tan natural . Eso le quita el encanto . La ducha , el agua sale disparando por todos lados.
Son pequeñas atenciones que hacen subir la calidad de la acogida .
La isolation fónica con la habitación de al lado es terrible!! Entiendes todo !! Sabemos que estamos en un fundo , respetamos el ruido de la naturaleza pero otros ruidos molestan.
