Very good
Pros:

The owner was super nice, we were able to park infront of the hotel and got towels. The room didn’t have any AC (which we knew when we booked) but the open windows and fan cooled it down nicely. It was a simple but good room and overall nice experience.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very nice and helpful stuff, he helped to get a tuk -tuk, to take a taxi, recommended us restaurants and where to find a breakfast and that without speaking English and us without knowing Spanish. We could see a dune from our window. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel is located in not a pleasant area, I was scared to leave the hotel when I arrived. No hot water. Very expensive price (double what we paid in Lima in Miraflores for a good hotel with hot water and a breakfast) for a hotel located not in a bad neighbourhood, without a hot water(not even a bit), without breakfast. Hotel charged us more than the price we reserved on booking.com.
