Атмосфера! Стиль. Современная сантехника и качественная косметика. Пещерный номер в лаконичном стиле и окном в кровати на рассветы/закаты, ослики с колокольчиками, спускающиеся вниз по ступенькам, потрясающие закаты с теплым солнцем, радостные и нарядные женщины в ярких платьях, много парочек. Приятный сюрприз от отеля-сладости и все было украшено лепестками роз. Отель находится прям на каменной узкой тропе и идти до него сложно. Ребята молодцы, носят тяжелые чемоданы в руках по этим козьим тропам и через толпы туристов. Администратор очень дружелюбная и открытая, но не чувствует личных границ. Если пройти вниз 200 ступеней, можно поужинать в прекрасном ресторане Ammoudi. Осьминоги, рыба, музыка, публика-супер.
Были мелочи, которые можно улучшить, а общее впечатление очень приятное. Местный колорит прекрасен. Завтраки вкусные и с греческой горячей выпечкой.
Соседние отели находятся с такой же панорамой, так как находятся в 2-10 метрах, но в несколько раз дешевле. Я плачу за комфорт и атмосферу.
Немного неуместна вечерняя уборка балкона во время заката, ради которого все приезжают на Санторини и ради которого выбрала этот отель. Уборку лучше согласовать с гостями и делать раньше.
В джакузи очень много мошек собирается за час и неприятно плавать. Сказали, что в августе всегда насекомые. Было бы хорошо придумать что-то чтоб они не попадали в джакузи. Нужно это учитывать, чтоб не расстраиваться.
Я заказывала трансфер от отеля, прислала билеты с датой и информацией. Водителю передали неверную информацию пункта назначения и он повез нас не туда.
Администратор приветливая позитивная девушка. Но мне не нравится, когда во время завтрака, приходят с анкетой и формальными вопросами. Я понимаю, что для персонала место где они работают-обычное. А гости приезжают за атмосферой, хорошим сервисом, приватностью. Если вы будете соблюдать минимальную тактичность и личное пространство, всем будет комфортнее:)

Hotel muito bem localizado e com uma vista incrível do por do sol. Acomodação muito charmosa e confortável. Pessoal atencioso e prestativo. Bom café da manhã sempre servido no quarto.
Apesar da acomodação ser realmente muito boa, o valor poderia ser um pouco mais baixo. E o frigobar do quarto é praticamente um armário. Não refrigera NADA.

I think our room was the most overlooked room in the whole of Oia - there was nowhere to hide from onlookers whatsoever when using the terrace. I’m not sure why there couldn’t be a screen or something to give some privacy. Worse our room was next to the breakfast area with no divide in between other than a short wall. When we were having breakfast there were people having breakfast right next to us. Also virtually no shade which made it very difficult to use the terrace also. The staff were nice but very intense - needed to know our exact plans each day and would just come to our terrace to speak to us about our plans without warning even though they also made sure they could contact us via WhatsApp. It just wasn’t the beautiful relaxing stay we were hoping for. I knew it would be somewhat overlooked just by the fact we were in Oia but it was ridiculous really. Also having no kitchen meant they only served bottles of wine - no ability to have even a cocktail in the room or a snack. Overall it was a great place to see sunset but would definitely not stay here again and wish we had stayed elsewhere.

The location was perfect for the sunset directly over the water. The spa was superb looking over the caldera. The room was large and we didn't want to leave it at all.
Staff were not as attentive as we would like and were a bit rude. The difference between the sister location and this one wasn't clear enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the Castle Oia in Santorini. The team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Their professionalism and attention to every detail made our experience truly special. They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and high-quality products every morning. Thank you for everything — we will cherish these beautiful memories!
