The opening and closing times of the swimming pools is ridiculous, 11.30 am until 4pm for one of them. Room service is a bit ‘hit and miss’, including large bags of sheets and towels randomly dumped outside our apartment door on 3 of our 7 days stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive their warmth and professionalism truly elevated our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, served with breathtaking views that made each morning unforgettable
We did experience a small oversight with housekeeping our room wasn’t cleaned one day, and towels were simply brought in the room. However, the graciousness and care from the team far outweighed these minor inconveniences
We had an incredible time at Katikies. The service was impeccable (truly 5 stars), the location and views unbeatable, and a level of comfort unmatched. If you are thinking of going, please do so. You will not regret it!

Everything was perfect! Can't imagine a better place to stay in Oia. Rooms are so comfortable and you also have an amazing jacuzzi. Breakfast is so delicious, with an amazing view on the bay. It was an amazing stay and I will come back for sure!
