Stunning Views and Amazing Staff
Pros:

Our experience from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was phenomenal. The staff greeted us and helped bring our luggage to the property. Feya was the sweetest and gave us recommendations and a map of where to go! Breakfast was delicious! But the most impressive thing was the view. The view from the property was stunning. It was worth every penny! The outdoor pool was also a nice touch.

Cons:

The outdoor couch smelled like cats.

Der infinity Pool war großartig. Der Service sehr gut: hat uns ein Restaurant gefallen, wurde dort gleich angerufen und uns der besten Tisch gebucht.

Cons:

Es gibt einige Treppen. Wir mussten aber nie einen Koffer selbst tragen - sehr guter Service.

An ultimate relaxing getaway
Pros:

The place oozes luxury, from the beautiful caldera views, to the tasteful decors inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that the room was separate from the living area where we have a comfortable sofa to lie on, and beautiful amenities. There was a huge variety in the breakfast choices, and you can have it in your room or outside by the pool, with a view of the caldera

Cons:

The staff had to move our indoor table outdoors if we wanted breakfast with a view - not an issue, but we felt like it was a bother for them.

Pros:

全て良かったです。部屋からの景色、ホテルの設備、イアの中心地からのアクセス全て最高でした。大きなスーツケースがあり、階段を心配してたのですが、屈強なポーターさんが待ち合わせ場所に迎えにきてくれて、部屋まで運んでくれました。朝ごはんの料理がとてもおいしかったし、量も大満足でした。
(ご飯を外で食べているとかわいい猫ちゃんがお部屋に入ってきてしまうので、猫ちゃんが苦手な方は注意です。)
シャワーの水圧もよく、ドライヤーも風量が強く乾きやすかったです。10月初旬でしたが、部屋のプールは頑張ったら入れました。部屋のプールは通行人から見える位置にありましたが、部屋のグレードがあがればプライベート感が高まると思います。

Pros:

The room we had (Cliff Nest) was perfect as we needed landmark views, sea side view and caldera in one sight. The checkin process was very smooth with luggage help and a wonderful welcome drinks with very helpful island map info. Staffs were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed a lot amazing sunrise and sunset from the balcony with a heated jacuzzi pool. Definitely would love to come back again!

Cons:

We loved everything from Armenaki. There’s nothing we didn’t like. It was an unforgettable stay there.

猫ちゃんが遊びに来る最高のホテル
Pros:

とにかく美しい景色と、スタッフのサービスが素晴らしく、最高の時間を過ごすことができました。
中心地から車で行けない場所にあり、階段のアップダウンがかなりあるのですが、重い荷物をスタッフの方が運んでくださいました。
また、事前に誕生日のサプライズをホテルにお願いしたところ、お花やお酒、ケーキの手配など、快く協力いただきました。
お部屋は少し高いところにあるため、道端からプールやテラスは覗かれず、開放的ながらプライベート感がありよかったです。
猫ちゃんがたくさんいて、ちょくちょく遊びに来てくれました！猫好きにはおすすめすぎる宿です。

Cons:

サントリーニ島全体に言えることですが、ホテルまでは入り組んだ道が多く、Googleマップはほとんど機能しないので迷わないように注意です。
