This stay was a reality check for anyone who thinks paying a premium price guarantees a premium stay. It turns out €200 a night buys you boiling 70°C shower water when you turn on tab , moldy floors, and a manager with a shockingly arrogant attitude.
I travel 120 days a year, and this is officially the bottom of the list. The windows are only accessible if you’re 3 meters tall, the towels have forgotten they were once white, and the "breakfast" was an insult. If you tell guests that their dissatisfaction is "their problem," then you aren't in the hospitality business—you're in the business of setting traps.
Safety Hazards: The shower water reached dangerous temperatures (approx. 70°C), resulting in a burn to my hand. Furthermore, the lack of a shower enclosure made the floor dangerously slippery, leading to multiple near-falls.
Hygiene & Maintenance: The bathroom is covered in mold due to poor ventilation. There is no glass door for shower. The "white" towels have turned grey with age, and the living room walls are visibly filthy.
Lack of Basic Service: No room cleaning was provided. We were unable to use the hairdryer on the first night due to an incompatible plug, and management failed to provide an adapter.
Unacceptable Management: The attitude of the manager was arrogant and dismissive. To be told that a guest's unhappiness is "their own problem" is a total failure of hospitality
To anyone considering this place for a honeymoon: I wish you better luck than I had.
The hotel is gorgeous—we were in a 3500 year old cave with a terrace that had THE best view in Santorini overlooking the ocean. The host went above and beyond to help us with logistics, even making us reservations for dinner and activities. The space is huge and well kept.
It was fine for us being in the bottom floor unit, but be aware that the terrace for this unit is directly below a very popular tourist destination for taking photos. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind!
A absolutely stunning view and right in the heart of downtown Oia. We were able to walk everywhere for meals and sunset views. Elisabeth was so helpful and welcoming.
It needed a few more hooks for bathroom towels however a wonderful place with no real complaints
Elizabeth was a wonderful host, charming, helpful and efficient. Our airport transfer was comfortable and reliable.

Elizabeth and sons are very helpful and very accomodating. The hotel room was a perfect spot to enjoy Santorini’s awesome view. It is near shops and restaurants. Great place

Esperava um café da manhã, porém eles abasteceram a copa e nós que tínhamos que preparar. No mais foi tudo certo.
The location is just too good.. people were flocking outside our apartment to take pics because it’s such a nice spot.. Elizabeth is just the most amazing host. She was in constant touch with me and made sure all our requests were fulfilled esp since I was travelling with kids. I would also recommend taking the taxi service with her because they keep your luggage even if the checkout is up.

Beautiful view, clean and spacious property. We had everything we needed. What stood out to us the most was the incredible hospitality of the staff who really exceeded our expectations. Elisampeta was so lovely and very accomodating to us, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of our entire trip, from start to finish. Her communication was superb, and was able to respond to us quickly with any enquiries both big and small. We are super thankful for everything her and her team have done for making our stay in Santorini very positive and memorable. Highly recommend this place!
