Great location. Modern comfortable hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Great location

Cons:

Pool wasn't the cleanest with bits floating in and on the water. Could have done with the filter being turned on more often.

Short but Sweet
Pros:

The location of the hotel is prime, right in the centre of Apia. There was a Pharmacy, Cafes and stores within walking distance, not to mention the Cafe onsite. There was a park, bus terminal & Apia wharf across the road, all within walking distance.

Cons:

The shower basin was slightly leaking onto the bathroom floor, perhaps another application of sealant will fix it.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in the city of Apia which make it easy to access meeting place and shopping centres.

Short and quiet stay.
Pros:

It was close to cbd. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

During breakfast time refill of food should be monitored closely and customers should be informed of additional options. Also the breakfast buffet table should be labelled. A shower area close to swimming pool would be great.

The property was clean, tidy, and maintained to a high standard.

Cons:

My dad’s room was extremely hot despite the air conditioning being set to 18°C. The unit did not appear to be functioning properly and was blowing air like a fan rather than cooling the room.

Pleasant, Comfortable Hotel Though a Little Overpriced
Pros:

Wonderful, helpful staff. Good location. Nicely appointed, comfortable rooms and good-size swimming pool. The public areas are all open-air with landscaping giving it a great tropical ambiance.

Cons:

Too expensive considering the smallish size of the rooms and just-okay buffet breakfast.

Pros:

Pool and steaks at the restaurant. Very friendly staff!

Cons:

Almost doesn’t feel like you’re in Samoa. A very generic and sterile hotel with not much character but to it.

It was awesome. My room is very clean and my bed was neatly made
Pros:

I asked poached eggs on toast with grilled mushrooms and grilled tomatoes, the waiter came with poached eggs nearly raw, creamy mushrooms which I didn’t asked for and no grilled tomatoes

Cons:

Listen to the customer, don’t be nervous when taking the orders from customers and a bit more variety of the continental breakfast eg baked beans, boiled eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes , avocados and more fruit on the buffet

It was ok. Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful.
Pros:

The first day I had to pay for breakfast even it was included with accommodation.
Location of foods was not very good- not visible.
The food was ok

Cons:

What I didn’t like was no explanation of how and where the breakfast table was located.
Language barrier. They are quick to charge you for the next day’s accommodation when you have not slept there yet.
