Conveniently located. Extremely clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. One large open room with three beds in it. Only the queen size bed had outlets for charging.

We'll stay there again. Good location between the train station and old town.
Pros:

We thought it was a hotel, but it is more like Air BNB, rooms in a multi-purpose building, and we didn't know where the office/reception is (on first floor). We had our doubts. However, everything from there on was great. We got in about 4 hours early with no problem, the code worked. Then the next day we found the office and spoke with Amir. He was super helpful. We're going to stay there again, and next time we'll just tell Amir in advance of any special needs, like we need an iron in the room. They gave us a spacious suite with small kitchen. Super clean, and it had two armoires. The coffee maker was like a Keurig, and was stocked so we had good coffee.

Great stay, but the street noise was very loud. Which made it hard to sleep.
Pros:

Great location, easy to access, very clean. Perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was there were people in the street partying until 4:00 am. Not the property’s fault. But we didn’t have a great nights sleep because of the noise.

Muy lindo apart, cómodo y funcional.
Pros:

Un apart ambiente único muy completo y cómodo. Bien equipado y funcional. Nos encantó. Ubicado a 180 m de la estación de trenes, lo que es ideal para los que viajamos en tren. Está en la zona histórica medieval de Berna. Pudimos recorrerla a pie.

Super close to the train station and very quiet and comfortable. On a pedestrian only street so very convenient to old town and everything we wanted to see. The manager even walked us to the train station and told us what platform our train was on.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the main train station. We were given a bigger room than we had booked and were offered early check-in. The whole process of checking in was super easy. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Hot water, reliable Internet connection, stove top, microwave, small fridge, kettle and coffee machine, towel hangers, it was all there. The room was cleaned, even though not daily, sufficiently regularly.

Cons:

It got very noisy in the early hours of the day, 5 am-ish, when garbage was collected from the venues downstairs. There are two restaurants right beneath the hotel and they do create noise in the evening as well. We would have appreciated a bigger fridge and some music TV channel or at the very least YouTube access on the TV.
