This was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in all my travels. Breakfast is technically included and you pay for it, but in reality you leave hungry because there’s absolutely nothing to eat.

Das Hotel ist ausssergewöhnlich - es hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter und Charme - man könnte auch sagen, dieses Haus führt ein eigenes Leben :-).
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr besonders - überdurchschnittlich engagiert und machen ihre Arbeit mit Herz.
Das Frühstück ist so speziell, wie alles in dem Hotel - umfänglich, schön angerichtet- für jeden ist alles da - der Cafe ist fantastisch.
Die Lage, direkt an der Aare ist ein Traum.
Ich habe mich tatsächlich verliebt in diesen Ort.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich raffiniert und liebevoll zubereitet
das Zimmer ist sehr extravagant und gemütlich eingerichtet - sehr bestechend fand ich die Grösse des Zimmers.
die Lage direkt an der Aare ist ein Träumchen. Man kann wunderbar an der Aare entlang spazieren
Richtig schön fand ich die nette Begleitung beim Frühstück durch das Personal. Sehr geduldig wurde mir mehrfach der Weg zur Fachhhochschule erklärt :-) !

Pros:

Petit établissement avec beaucoup de charme, avec possibilité de déjeuner sur place (sur réservation). La salle d’eau est neuve et très pratique. Le petit déjeuner était varié, copieux, sain avec un large choix. Le personnel est très agréable.

Notre chambre tout en haut était un peu confinée et les fenêtres s’ouvraient difficilement à cause des rideaux

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir sind jedoch der Meinung, dass nach dem Wechsel der Inhaber:innen, Wert auf die Instandhaltung gelegt werden soll. Verschiedene Objekte müssten wiedermal erneuert oder renoviert/repariert werden.

Cons:

Unsere Toilettentür im Hotelzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Man konnte sie nicht einmal ganz zuziehen.
Das Frühstück dürfte für vegan ernährende Personen etwas reichhaltiger und die vorhandenen veganen Lebensmittel besser gekennzeichnet sein.
