Pros:

We loved everything. The location was perfect, the view was amazing, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very warm and comfortable. As for the staff, they were exceptional — it felt as if you were visiting friends who were genuinely happy to see you.

Lovely stay near the historic old town!
Pros:

Beautiful location right near the river and the bear pit, right on the edge of the historic old town. Cozy old building with super friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing, I highly recommend having lunch or dinner at their restaurant. Lots of small stairs to get up to the top floor, but it was well worth it!

Calme, authentique, charmant !
ENFIN un véritable petit hôtel de charme où les anciens parquets n’ont pas été recouverts d’immondes lino ou moquettes, où les portes s’ouvrent avec des clés et où les fenêtres en bois n’ont pas été remplacées par du cheap en PVC. Calme absolu, chambres simples mais charmantes, personnel adorable, bon petit déj (avec options véganes).

Superbe petit bijou avec une jeune équipe fort sympathique
Pros:

Personnel très charmant et avenant, excellent petit déjeuner et repas du soir superbe au restaurant de l'hôtel, avec une chouette petite terrasse pour prendre l'apéro. L'emplacement au bord de l'Aar est idéal, à deux pas de la vieille ville et de la fosse aux ours.

Excelente ubicación a pocos minutos del centro, pero en una zona tranquila al lado del río. Personal encantador y atento con los huéspedes.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ausssergewöhnlich - es hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter und Charme - man könnte auch sagen, dieses Haus führt ein eigenes Leben :-).
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr besonders - überdurchschnittlich engagiert und machen ihre Arbeit mit Herz.
Das Frühstück ist so speziell, wie alles in dem Hotel - umfänglich, schön angerichtet- für jeden ist alles da - der Cafe ist fantastisch.
Die Lage, direkt an der Aare ist ein Traum.
Ich habe mich tatsächlich verliebt in diesen Ort.
Absolut empfehlenswert.
