Una noche en bungalow
Pros:

El Hotel es precioso, está situado en un área campestre fuera de la ciudad. Tiene servicio de desayuno y piscina. El bungalow era cómodo e independiente, con baño propio y situado frente a un lago. Muy tranquilo y relajado.

Cons:

Los precios son elevados y el check out es Al medio día. Pienso que podrían ser un poco más generosos con el tiempo para compensar la inversión.

Very good
Pros:

We arrived so late and the guy who worked there was so accommodating and nice.
Comfortable rooms at a decent price. This was our second stay here. Last time was 2023.
Very lovely grounds.

Cons:

Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee was great, but the whole experience could have been better with a bit more effort and creativity. Loved the homemade butter though.

Lacks the value of others.
Pros:

It's a beautiful place. Many birds, sounds and water, comfortable rooms and good food.

Cons:

Customer service (as in most of Colombia) is a secondary consideration. They are far more interested in their rules, than looking after a customer. The service was slow (we waited almost half an hour for a couple of drinks, we sat for dinner and no one even noticed until we chased them up. The food was good quality, the pasta portions were small, when asked about it we were told that that was the allowance of pasta specified by the owners and yet the other meals were quite large. The slow dinner and drinks were 250 thousand pesos. And the total for the avatar room and what appeared to be a normal room was 911 thousand pesos. The value simply wasn't there. It's nice but we won't be back. There's too many other nice places for half the price.

A quaint countryside finca with all the charm that Colombia has to offer.
Pros:

Great staff, very considerate of the needs of the guests, great bird guides.

Must stay! Gorgeous.
Pros:

Fabulous grounds, teeming with bird life. All of the staff were excellent. Meals were exceptional. Must stay for birders!

Great place
Pros:

Absolutely awesome place! Has everything you need and the restaurant on the property was amazing and prices were very good. The hummingbird garden was fun and the grounds were fun to walk around.

The pool was not ready.
