La peor estancia que hemos tenido en años de viajes, estuvimos en medio de la feria de cali por primera vez, lo que nos daño la llegada y la estadia de entrada, era la unica recepecionista mujer que habia en ese momento, una señora de cabello negro largo, hizo todo lo posible para hacermos sentir incomodos, nunca saludaba, nunca se despedia, primero llegamos muy temprano y le pedimos guardar las maletas, nos dijo que las dejaramos ahi en la recepcion sin ninguna seguridad y cuando le dijimos si podiamos guardarlas en otro lado dijo que si no nos gustaba que las llevaramos entonces, luego nos fuimos a desayunar mientras estaba lista la habitación, nos dijo que a las 14 hrs nos entregaba que ya estaba casi lista, cuando llegamos a las 14 nos hizo esperar 30 minutos para después decir que no estaba lista y le grito a mi pareja que se sentara que estaba haciendo cambio de turno, yo no aguante mas su groseria y le dije que dejara de tratarnos asi y dijo que si no nos servia esperar que buscaramos otro hotel, le dije que esa no era una solucion y que mi reserva era no reembolsable y que era una grosera, el señor que estaba haciendo el cambio de turno se sintio incomodo y nos atendio de inmediato, fue el unico amable con otro hombre que siempre estaba de noche... La habitación tenia poca iluminación y se sentía muy humeda, nos sentimos enfermos toda la estadía de ese lugar. Jamás jamas volveríamos!!
Instalación muy bonitas habitaciones muy amplias
Las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho, es un lugar muy bien decorado, muy bonito. Nuestro grupo la pasó buen alli y el desayuno tambien nos parecio acorde.
Si bien era 31 de diciembre nada justifica que la persona encargada del turno noche, nos atendiera ebrio... le costaba sostenerse en pie.
