We spent 4 worderful days in Brno.
Pros:

The size of the room, the furniture, the good view to the famous builnings from the upper floors, restaurants windows.

Cons:

There isn’t any restroom/toliet on the ground floor which can be used by the hotel guests.
The extra step into the shower cabin is quite demanding, dangerous for older people.

Potřebovali jsme snídani dřív než v 7 hodin a velmi ochotně nám vyšli vstříc a připravili nám ji i 30 minut dřív!!!

Miła obsługa pomimo pana, który nas przyjmował. Młody chlopak nie wiedział, który mamy dzień tygodnia i miesiąca, bo mówił, że zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt w innym miesiącu. Rezerwowałam na 5 kwiecień, przyjechaliśmy 5 kwietnia. Było też trochę problemów z płatnością za nocleg, bo moja karta była odrzucona z uwagi na fakt, że inna osoba z naszej grupy robiła rezerwację, a ja płaciłem.

Великий номер. Для розміщення однієї особи знаходилося 3 ліжка.

Cons:

Лійка в душі працює не правильно! Парковка в готелі не має, тобто вона є але місця дуже обмежені на малу кількість авто. Біля готелю загальні парковки платні 20 корун за 30 хв. Тобто за ніч парковки близько 40€.

Příjemné ubytování, při check-in nám na recepci vyšli vstříc a byli velmi slušní. Pokoj byl prostorný, nábytek bytelný a dobře udržovaný. Čistota v celkém objektu. Ocenily jsme snídani zahrnutou v ceně, která byla ve formě bufetu (jediné, co bych tam změnila, by bylo o něco více zeleniny). Lokalita skvělá pro studenty blízkých fakult (pokud potřebujete krátkodobě přespat mezi dny dálkové výuky).

Milá pani recepčná, veľmi ochotná.

Cons:

Strašne smrdel záchod. Hneď ako sme vošli. Nešlo o to, žeby bol špinavý, pravdepodobne kanalizácia, alebo niečo v odtokoch. Chýbal smetny kôš, bol len jeden v kúpeľni, dobre by bolo aspoň na chodbe dať ešte jeden. Taká drobnosť, ale až keď to človek vyskúša, zistí, ako veľmi chýbal.
