Realmente, nada. Tuve dos muy malas experiencias: la primera, en la feria de 2025, como todos los alojamientos mezquinos y usureros, especularon con los precios y cancelaron el alojamiento para cobrar más y dejar varado al cliente. La segunda, me dijeron que estaban hasta las 11 pm pero que después podía llamar y me abrían y fui y nunca nadie me contestó

La falta de ética, de profesionalismo y que sean tan mezquinos para cancelar un arrendamiento para cobear más después

La ubicación fue excelente, todo quedaba muy cerca y era muy tranquilo. La habitación era cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

No me agradó que, al momento de nuestra llegada, no hubiera una persona encargada de recibirnos; es decir, no existía un área de recepción ni personal disponible. Todo el proceso —check-in, pago y orientaciones— se realizó únicamente por teléfono.


Cabe resaltar que, al día siguiente, al momento de nuestra salida, sí fuimos atendidos por una persona muy amable.

Ruhige Lage, zentral

Cons:

Kein Personal an der Rezeption, auch per Telefon (nur Telefonbeantworter, ohne Rückruf) oder schriftlich über Booking.com nicht erreichbar.
Zugang zum Hotel nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich, aber es gibt keine Erklärung, wo neben oder hinter der Tür sich die Sensoren befinden. So konnte ich über 3 Stunden das Hotel nicht mehr betreten, war ausgesperrt!
