Important information:

Please take into account that music will be played every Sunday until 8 pm.

Parties are held rarely at the property, though when held can cause some noise until 1 am. Hotel Pension de Harmonie will inform you when there is a party.

Pros:

Prima hotel om tijdens de fietsvakantie op doorreis te boeken. Goede kamer, leuke bar beneden. Het ontbijt was goed maar niets bijzonders. Je hoopt toch altijd op iets wat je thuis nooit zou bedenken of nemen als aardigheidje / blikvanger. Maar vers brood met verse koffie is uiterraard in basis ook prima.

Cons:

Je kan er wel op sommige dagen eten maar bv op woensdag toen wij er waren stond er alleen sliptong op het menu. Nog los even van de bijvangst verhalen over de vangst van sliptong, voor een vegetarier is er dan dus niets te eten in het hotel. Beetje vreemd concept anno 2026 maar in 1986 nog wel te begrijpen.

Pros:

Very large room above a bar with kitchen, bathroom, a double and 2 single beds. The bar has a locked private yard where we could keep our bikes. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room had a coffee machine but there were no coffee pods. Because the bar was shut that day, there was no one to ask. The room is in a typical old style attic and was very warm although a fan was provided

Fint sted til en enkelt eller måske flere overnatninger i Edam.
Fin morgenmad og venligt personale.

Cons:

Alt var sådan set fint, men der er meget stille i Edam en mandag og ikke meget åbent. Men det ændrer sig nok når sommersæsonen for alvor starter.

Pros:

Es war sauber und schön gelegen.
Dazu hatte die Kneipe einen tollen Stil.

Cons:

Das Küchenpersonal hatte in der Nacht bei einer Veranstaltung die Tür offen, so dass wir zwischen 23.00 und 00.00 mit Kleinkind aufgewacht sind. Sie schlossen dann die Tür.
