Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and beautifully designed—it truly gives off a luxurious and relaxing vibe from the moment you arrive.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were extremely professional and attentive throughout our stay. From assisting us with our luggage upon arrival to making sure we had everything we needed, their service was top-notch.

A special mention to the lady at the service desk—she was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail, including a convenient shortcut to the city center (just 10 minutes away), information about the sunset point in Santorini, and different transportation options. It really showed how well-trained and guest-focused the staff is.

We also had an early morning flight, and they thoughtfully arranged an airport drop for us at 4:00 AM, along with breakfast that was included in our package. That level of care and attention made a big difference.

Overall, a truly memorable stay—highly recommended!

Everything about Santorini Palace is PERFECT.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was amazing, location, food, staff provided excellent service, the cleanliness is top notch, the grounds are beautiful and the pool area was extremely clean and inviting a wonderful spot to relax after long walks into town! Located in a great spot, away from all the noise and only an enjoyable 10
minute walk to town! Have I mentioned the views?? Take a look at some of our pics from the hotel. The best of both worlds! I recommend this hotel 110% it surpassed our expectations.

Breakfast was great. A big selection.

Cons:

I was very cold at night, it was spring but some slippers, can be provided during this time period as the tiles made the room very cold to walk on.
