La dame a la réception nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires sur l'hôtel, ainsi que des indications pour se déplacer dans le centre-ville de Fira et ses environs. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.
Le robinet du lavabo ne fonctionne pas correctement et un coin de la salle de bain fuit, mouillant le sol ; ce sont des détails qui peuvent être réparés
Excellent location..it was a character old building with a calm spacious outside area right in the middle of Fira. Good breakfast and welcoming staff.
We chose a promo double room as we were staying just 1night. The bathroom was functional but could do with a refresh. For example the shower head was small and the screen on the bathside did not stop water from going on the floor. The tap in the sink sprays water in all directions.
Location is perfect in Thira, short walk to local shops, restaurants and local transport. Everyday the breakfast was different and a good variety of food. Room was brilliant, spotlessly clean and nice and cool. All the staff were friendly and polite.

Bed was not very comfy and we heard a lot of noise from other rooms. Fridge also is very noisy!

The location was great, the room was spacious and the breakfast was sensational

Location was great, an oasis in the super busy center of Fira, with access in the main street and the Caldera path (3 min walk to the amazing Caldera views). Very easy access, rather than having steps up and down as many other accommodations. A beautiful mansion, a decent size swimming pool, balcony/veranda access from all rooms and a small garden.
Great location, good breakfast and large spacious room.
The bathroom was an add on at some stage in the distant past and is probably due a re-vamp. The shower over the bath is functional but taking into account the standard of the rest of the propert, it is a bit dissapointing.
It was a lovely comfortable property in Fira right near the shopping laneways and about a 5 minute walk over to the caldera side where there were magnificent views and a very scenic cliff top walk through some of the other villages. There were plenty of quality meal options in the laneways and along the cliff top walkways. We were about a 10 minute walk to the bus depot. The staff were all great and friendly with our host organising our transfers and helping us with options for activities. Breakfast was provided out in a large balcony with views of the south side of the island. Breakfast provided plenty of choices with a lot of nutritious food. Thankyou again to our host and staff at Aria Lito Mansion for making our stay a memorable one.

Perfect location, convenient to everything. About 10 minutes from the bus station and just a few minutes from the beautiful cliff walk to Imerovigli. The hotel provides good breakfast and cozy dining place.
