This is a beautiful property. The room was wonderful and roomy. The breakfast is amazing. We looked forward to it every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. It is in the heart of Fira, yet it is completely quiet and secluded from the noise of the city. You can walk to wherever you want to go in the city such as great restaurants, the bus stop to get wherever you want to go on the island, or to watch an amazing sunset.

Perfect location for a first time in Santorini! Close to the cable car, great restaurants, shopping and historic sights, easy access to hiking trail to Oia.
Lots of stairs to get to my room. Just something to consider if that might be an issue. They did seem to have rooms that didn’t have so many steps to get to them.
It felt like you were part of the family at this accommodation. They help you with your luggage on arrival, they explain to you about facilities, their is a pool to cool off, rooms were lovely functional everything was wonderful. There is a lift for those that don’t like steps You have access from their court yard with a rope hooked across a door way to shops clothing, jewellery. We walked towards imervolgy from there beautiful views. The breakfast was impressive. Great location, worth every cent.
Wifi sometimes didn’t work in your room but not an issue we sat in the court yard garden area, pool or outside of your room there is a table two chairs, wifi worked

Large rooms, good breakfast and public parking space close by
Location of the property was great, close to so many great restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular too to watch the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast included was decent.
The rooms we had booked were allocated remotely to the hotel which was never mentioned anywhere. Besides the fact they were not even part of the main hotel building, the rooms were not clean at all as they had an empty room next to that was turned into a room for cats and dogs that belonged to this hotel. Which made it even worse with smell and hygiene for those other two rooms that were allocated to us for our first night stay. The room was disgustingly dirty we pulled the bed to find a roach and ants crawling on the floor. The bathroom also gad ants crawling even in our face towels that were hung. When we informed the receptionist, the answer was the hotel was full to change our rooms and that this is an island these things are normal. Until I contacted the property owner about this nothing other than sprinkling the room floor with pest control powder that was left in the room while we were occupying it and a little mopping nothing else was done. The next day i had to meet with the owner and Konstantina was kind enough to upgrade our rooms and allocate us rooms on the main building of the hotel. The new rooms were way cleaner. Except for the bathrooms were very old and worn down. Can do with renovation.

Everything! The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and above all the breakfast was incredible, really generous.
You can walk everywhere, and it’s only a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
