Schönes Hotel in Fiss!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht. Abends gibt es ein Tagesgericht zu einem top Preis, sehr lecker.
Saunabereich sehr schön. Shuttle-Service zur Gondel top!

Schönes Hotel, Kommunikation und Umgang verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Zimmer, Lobby, Sauna, Pool schön, sauber, solide.
Parkklatz kostenlos vor dem Haus.
Morgens Shuttleservice zur Talstation der Berbahnen. Abends zu Fuß zurück problemlos bergab in 10 Minuten.
Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit des Betreibers lässt leider zu wünschen übrig (zumindest in der Woche, in der wir dort waren). Es kam nicht das Gefühl eines herzlichen Willkommens auf. Schon beim ersten Empfang nicht. Gäste wurden mehrfach bei freundlichen Fragen angeranzt.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, erg gastvrij.

Ontbijt was matig, brood was droog. Kussen en dekbed waren niet comfortabel.

Vriendelijkheid, service, sauna/zwembad, ontbijt erg goed.

Cons:

Straat wat lawaaierig. Douche met schommelende temperatuur.

Die Chefs sowie das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Weiters das gesamte Hotel war bis in die kleinsten Details Pick fein sauber.
Das Frühstückbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
Sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Ik was verrast door de grote kamer. Het zag er goed uit en het leek net nieuw. Er was ruim voldoende kastruimte, meer dan dat wij nodig hadden. In de kast was een kluisje.

Cons:

Het hotel bood ook al geen halfpension aan maar je kon er alsnog een diner bestellen. Als er dan iets zou tegenvallen, dan is dat het gebrek dat je geen halfpension kan boeken maar we hebben het ook goed zonder gered.

Sehr gepflegtes und hervorragend betreutes Familienhotel. Nicht zu groß.
Hauseigener Transfer ins Skigebiet.
Schön eingerichtete und neu wirkende Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Skidepot an der Talstation der Seilbahn, Shuttle Service dorthin, schöne Dampfsauna, sehr kleine finnische Sauna , Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden

Cons:

Finnische Sauna sehr klein, manche Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten eine Renovierung, insgesamt aber ordentlich
