Beautiful views, quiet, spacious, excellent service, great value.
Pros:

We loved the Aria. All of the above aspects were excellent. Each morning a breakfast was delivered to us at our specified time, we ate outside on on the front porch area in front of our suite. We stayed in La Boheme, it was beautiful, clean, great lighting, great views. The staff were so friendly, Stacy, manager, welcomed us, did a great job of coordinating things for us while we were there. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. The location of the Aria is nice, it is very close to the busier section of fira, but is on one end, so it is quiet and it seems as if you're not as close as you are. Each of the suites has its own outdoor area, great views, and all are situated around a pool area. There are plenty of places to lounge, clean towels constantly, able to order food around the pool area or to your suite during the day. Very very happy with this choice.

Cons:

There really isn't much to say in this area, it was a lovely place to stay.

One of the best, most accessible hotels on Santorina
Pros:

We stayed in 2 separate places in Fira because Aria only had room for half our time on Santorina. We ended up so wishing we had been able to saty there the whole time.

We loved Aria. Its location, its views, proximity to Fira shops and attractions, the rooms and the breakfasts served in the room or on your balcony...it also comes with booking prefernce at 2 of the island's best restaurants right at the front door and overlooking the caldera and sunsets.

Best of all...only 10 steps to our room! In our next place, to our absolute dismay we had 70 steps down to and up from our room!

If we go back to Santorina..we will be staying there again...no question.

Cons:

The air freshener perfume...we put it outside for the duration of our stay. Such a small thing tbough really.

This is the place to stay in Santorini!
Pros:

Our 2nd floor suite was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter. Beautiful view of the caldera from our balcony. A delicious breakfast was served to us on our balcony each morning. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Stacy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations and other island info. The suites are located at the quiet end of Fira, on the rim overlooking the Caldera but also a quick 3 minute walk to bus stop. The restaurant just below Arias suites had excellent food, service, and Stacy hooked us up with the best table to view the sunset. We will definitely stay at Aria if we are ever in Santorini again.

Relaxing holiday with a view
Pros:

The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of a lot of the restaurants and places of interest in Fira. It was also value for money as a lot of amenities like slippers, facial tissue and laundry bags were provided and the breakfast was sumptuous and tasty.

Cons:

It had two bedrooms enough to house 4 adults but only one bathroom.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli todella herkullinen ja itse sai valita mitä haluaa. Aamiainen tuotiin omalle parvekkeelle joka aamu siihen aikaan kun halusi. Sijainti oli loistava, ihan keskustan tuntumassa, mutta silti rauhallisella paikalla. Kiitos Stacy, thank you Stacy!

Best place to stay in Santorini.
Pros:

Best location in a pedestrian area. Room was quiet, panorama is amazing. Nice helpful hosts. Best place we have ever been to a holiday.

Cons:

Do not arrive late at night, you have to carry your bags in a pedestrian zone.
Daytime hotel staff helps to carry your bags.

Fantastisch, de mooiste vakantie van mijn leven!
Pros:

Voor mijn villa La Traviata geldt:
Dakterras met hot tub, met (ook vanuit de tub) oogverblindend mooi uitzicht op zowel de zonsondergang als op het sprookjesachtige stadje en de oude haven. Super-romantisch en uniek! Heerlijk om daar elke dag luxueus te kunnen ontbijten. Je hebt er ook vanaf 10 uur de hele dag zon (maar ook parasol aanwezig).

Luxueuze, koele, ruime en stille grot-suite, met achterin een tweede hot tub, met tweede toilet en tweede douche-cel. Gelegen aan het zuidelijke einde van de wandelpromenade, dus je zit nog geen 100 meter van de gezellige vakantiedrukte af. Die kan tot diep in de nacht flink lawaaierig zijn, maar daar hoor je dus niks van in de slaapkamer.
Tot slot: de staf is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

De rooftop zit niet vast aan het appartement, daar moet je via een (gedeelde) patio en trap naartoe. Maar dat went heel snel, en wordt goedgemaakt door het fantastische uitzicht, dat de meeste appartementen met het terras eraan vast niet hebben.
En echt privé is ie ook niet, je zit redelijk in het zicht van de wandelaars op de promenade (op afstand) en de andere suites. Maar dat geldt voor 99% van de pools in dit stadsdeel en stoorde me eigenlijk niet.
Alle appartementen in deze buurt zijn alleen te voet bereikbaar, en alles in Santorini is steil!
Parkeren in de buurt is meestal onmogelijk, dus huur geen auto voor je hele verblijf, maar laat je vervoer van en naar de luchthaven verzorgen door Area Suites en Villa’s, en huur eventueel verder per dag een auto.
