Great place
Pros:

The place is great, staff is super friendly, the location is perfect and there are plenty of restaurants/markets in the area. We did the one day tour for €50/per person and can’t recommend it enough, the driver was very nice and the experience was amazing.

Ottima posizione, comoda alla piazza centrale di Fira (stazione autobus), stanza luminosa e spaziosa

Arrivavano alcuni rumori dal corridoio, bisognerebbe insonorizzare meglio la porta di ingresso

good location, great to travel around and not be too much in the hotel.
Pros:

staff was friendly and attentive. quiet are and right near the bulk of a lot of things

Cons:

the room door was broken to go outside, AC was not working either.

The staff is really nice.
The room was clean and ok .
A supermarket is nearby and Not far from the center
My baby loves the swimming pool.
The check out at 11 am but we could use the swimming pool area , shower until our departure.

Cons:

The room was little with a baby bed .
Little hard with a stroller and baby with stairs and climb slope at Fira
