Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel.
Zimmer sauber und sehr nettes Personal.
Strassbahn gleich in der Nähe

Cons:

Leider war kein einziger hauseigener Parkplatz mehr frei.
Eine Reserviermöglichkeit der Parkplätze für Hotelgäste wäre eine tolle Sache.

Der sehr kurze Aufenthalt war schlicht eine Vollkatastrophe!

Cons:

Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft, kein Late Checkout, trotz vereinbartem Checkout um 11 Uhr, lautes Geklopfe um 9:17 nach einem nächtlichen Event, weil die Putzdame sauber machen wollte!! Und dann nur unqualifiziert Meldungen vom Hotelpersonal. Der sehr kurze Aufenthalt war schlicht eine Vollkatastrophe!!! Ein Mal und nie wieder!!! Wenn es 0 Punkte gäbe wäre das noch zu gut bei der Art, wie mit zahlenden „Gästen“ dort umgegangen wird!

Das Service, das gesamte Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bittet sehr viel. Die gesamte Römerstube, ob Restaurant, Frühstücksraum, sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, leider war das Bad ein bisschen zu klein, auch die Dusche wäre für einen großen Mann etwas zu eng.

Mein Zimmer war direkt auf eine sehr befahrene Straße mit einer Verkehrsampel ausgerichtet, die gefühlt alle zwei Minuten auf rot schaltete. Das aufheulen der Motorenweckte mich sehr oft auf. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die Luft im kleinen Zimmer jedoch zu stickig. Buche ich auf jeden Fall nicht mehr.
Womöglich hätte es anders ausgerichtete Zimmer gegeben.

Berufliche Übernachtung
Pros:

- Nahe gelegen zum Murpark (fußläufig in 3-5 Minuten),
- großer Parkplatz,
- Abendessen im gleichnamigen Lokal.

Very nice place, surprisingly better than we expected. Very good restaurant as a part of the hotel with typical Austrian cuisine.

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen, werden bestimmt beim nächsten Grazbesuch erneut buchen.
Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer, genügend Steckdosen, angenehme Betten. Freies WLAN und Kabel TV.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Murpark.
Die Restaurant und Barmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren für unsere Gewohnheiten zu stark beheizt, und konnten keine Regelung finden. Wir schliefen mit geöffneten Fenster (Dezember).
Abends kaum mehr Parkplätze, könnte aber daran liegen das wohl einige Weihnachtsfeiern in der Lokalität stattgefunden haben.
Gewünscht hätte ich mir beim Zimmerpreis ein inkl. Frühstück.
