Excellent facilities, room and location. Infinity pool in the leveled garden terrace. Great pieces of art everywhere. Very nice café.
Misinformation about parking. There was no communication prior to check-in that the hotel does not have a parking garage but a parking service, meaning a sort of vallet parking. All I was told was that they booked a parking lot for me. As my company car cannot be driven by anyone except those registered, I could not accept this service.
A great no-go was the young lady at the reception, having a very bad manner, both in verbal and body language. This is unacceptable. All other staff was very kind and professional.
