Buen servicio por parte del personal que allí labora, y la ubicación muy central y segura.
La habitación con todos los implementos y muy tranquilo el ambiente

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la posibilidad del pequeño "restaurante" en el 9no piso es muy cómodo para el usuario, la ubicación es muy cómoda, porque esta cerca del Malecón y Barranco

Cons:

Se escucha ruido de la calle y para que te hagan la limpieza debes dejar tu llave, de lo contrario no te hacen limpieza.

Pagamos la mjr habitación con jacuzzi pero no quede conforme no volvería para estar tantos días

El jacuzzi y la buena disposición del personal.

Cons:

Que no hicieran bien el aseo.Además hacía mucho calor y solo había un ventilador.
Más de una vez quedamos sin luz :/ no nos importaba mucho ya que eran mayor mente como al medio dia y uno salía pero cuándo llegábamos de noche no estaba solucionado aún.
El restaurante no siempre funciona y no avisaban.

El desayuno es bueno (completo), la habitación Suite es muy confortable, cómoda, amplia y muy cálida. El personal es muy amable, considero que pueden ofrecer un box breakfast teniendo en cuenta que los tour inician muy temprano en Perú.
