За 3 дня прибывания ни разу не убрали в комнате и не вынесли мусор, может, конечно, нужно как-то особенно просить, но в инструкциях не указано.

Słabe wygłuszenie od ulicy (pokój z widokiem na piramidę, od głównej ulicy)- winne okna które mają tylko jedną szybę. Reszta na plus
The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She was very accommodating and helped me change my room.
The internet was quite slow and not always reliable, which made it a little difficult at times. I also requested a breakfast box to go, and while it was convenient, I found the options a bit limited it only included juice, biscuits, and water. I think the breakfast could be improved by offering a few more substantial options.

Muy flojo para 3 estrellas. El desayuno es tremendamente pobre. El baño con cortina no muy limpia y bombo eléctrico que se acaba el agua, cosa bastante extraña en un hotel de esta relación calidad-precio.
Molto elegante e ben posizionata; bellissima la camera con vasca ad idromassaggio ampia e spaziosa.

Os funcionários são muito cordiais, chegamos antes do check in e saímos depois do horário e eles guardaram nossas bagagens sem custo adicional. Tb prepararam um lanche quando tivemos que sair antes do horário do café da manhã
