Ell personal es muy amable y son muy atentos. Es muy cómodo y el sitio es muy lindo. Lo super recomiendo, es un buen lugar y muy céntrico a las playas y a otros sitios.

Estaba bien ubicado y buena zona y estaba limpio, a unos pasos de la Pucllana

Cons:

Se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones, desayuno poco variado, no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador sonaba horrible, no funcionaba la caja fuerte, no funcionaban bien los botones del elevador.

Momentos desagradables

El desayuno es muy bueno, las camas cómodas

Cons:

Tenía reservada una habitación Suite , para 3 Pax. (Un menor de 5 años) Al llegar al hotel me indicaron que para poderla usar así debía pagar un excedente de casi el 50%. Finalmente me cambiaron a una habitación normal.

Una opción conveniente como tránsito

Cons:

No pude comunicarme para solicitar algo de comer en la noche, llegué tarde porque venía de Cusco y estuve llamando por 15 minutos para pedir servicio y siempre sonaba ocupado.
A la mañana siguiente había mucho ruido en la habitación contigua y me pareció que estaban limpiando porque movían los muebles, el ruido empezó como desde las 6:30 y yo había llegado casi a las 11 pm la noche antes, por lo que no pude dormir más por la mañana.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, was able to walk to a lot of places. There are alot of restaurants and cafes close by, convenience store, pharmacies, fast food, you name it. Staff was great and everyone made us feel welcome

Cons:

The breakfast selections wasn’t the best. There was no milk for the coffee most mornings and there wasn’t alot of options. Same thing repeated daily.

Fiquei na acomodação com hidromassagem, maravilhosa, limpeza impecável, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, localização muito boa e segura, Lima é maravilhoso!

Café da manhã muito fraco, deixou a desejar, apenas com maçã velha e sem opções de fruta, apenas um tipo de pão, não tem sucos.
