I liked everything. Reception staff is super nice. The place is basic, but comfortable. The room was spacious with no frills, but everything I needed: a comfy, large bed; a little closet; a night table, a woooden rack to put things or luggage on, a desk and a TV. The shower had hot water. I am aware some guest reviews mention street noise as a problem, but my room faced an inner court, so it was really quiet. I know the property's neighbourhood is a bit rough around the edges, but there are convenience stores, restaurants and evening food stalls. It is within walking distance of tourist attractions in central Lima. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

Location is not safe. Even my taxi driver said I should not walk around in this area. Hotel room has no fan, is run down and ugly. Worst hotel I saw in Peru but still was charged about 70 soles.
