Vastaanoton nuori henkilö oli miellyttävä, mutta siihen se jäi. Moottoripyöräpysäköinti oli ilmainen.

Asiakaspalvelu oli pääosin tylyä. Illalla yritimme hotellin ravintolaan syömään heti saapumisemme jälkeen, mutta meille ei ollut tilaa. Ravintolassa oli kyllä tyhjiä pöytiä, mutta seuraavaa vapaata aikaa olisi pitänyt odottaa tunnin ja kun kysymme tyhjistä pöydistä sisällä saimme omituisen selityksen isommasta seurueesta. Jäi tuntu, että emme olleet riittävän hyvin puettuja ravintolaan. Naapurista sai pizzaa, niin emme kuolleet nälkään. Myös aamupalalla palvelu oli jäykkää ja hymytöntä. Hotellin tiedoissa mainittu ilmastointi ei jäähdyttänyt huonetta.

Eigentlich schönes Hotel, vorallem für eine Nacht
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, gute Größe und alles sehr sauber. Ruhig und Babybett gestellt bekommen

Cons:

Check in war komisch und sehr unpersönlich. Parkplatz völlig überteuert
