Pros:

La mise à disposition d'eau et de vin. Un attention très bien appréciée.

Cons:

L'absence de tables de chevet. La chambre est propre, à première vue mais le sol est poussiéreuse. Cela se voit sur les draps blanc quand on rentre dans le lit. Il y a des coups dans les portes, les murs avec des égratignures, la poussière et des araignées dans un coin. Le 1er jour j'ai quitté la chambre après 12.00 donc je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'elle soit refaite. Par contre les draps n'ont pas été changés au nettoyage le 2eme jour et les verres utilisés pendant 2 jours n'ont pas été lavés. Le voisin d'en haut a fait du bruit toutes les nuits. On aurait dit qu'il marchait avec des talons ou faisait son sport jusqu'à 2 heure du matin.

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage in der Altstadt, alles in Laufweite, mein Zimmer auf der Rückseite war auch bei gekipptem Fenster leise, bequemes Bett, Sauberkeit in Ordnung

Pros:

Preis-Leistung passte für uns sehr gut, das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön gestaltet.

Der Self Check-In war für uns eine kleine herausforderung, da wir das noch nicht kannten aber bekamen sofort hilfe via Telefon. die Dame am Telefon war freundlich und hat uns Schritt für Schritt durch den Vorgang geleitet.

Dobra lokalizacja. Czysto i schludnie. Zameldowanie samodzielne. Parking na pobliskich ulicach - co jest utrudnione, lub najlepsza opcja pobliski podziemny parking - Elisabeth Garage za około 20euro/doba. Dobre miejsce do zatrzymania w podróży

Indiskutabler Eincheckprozess, Benutzerführung vom anderen Stern, sonst in Ordnung.
Cons:

Trotz richtiger Angaben beim Buchen musste ich mich statt über meinen Nachnamen über meinen Vornamen identifizieren, da wäre ich nie drauf gekommen. Die weitere Benutzerführung des automatisierten Eincheckens ist vollkommen unzureichend, hier fehlt z.B., wie man ein Schlüsselkarte bekommt. Dafür muss man nach dem Einchecken zurück zum Hauptmenü und dann über einen gesonderten Menüpunkt die Schlüsselkarte aktivieren. So geht es nicht, sondern man muss von Anfang bis Ende durch den gesamten Eincheck.Prozess incl. Aktivierung Schlüsselkarte geführt werden. Für mich absolutes Knock Out, habe mich in dem vollkommen überhitzten, stickigen Eincheck-Vorraum sehr geärgert. Allerdings war Hotline (nicht so leicht zu finden) erreichbar und konnte helfen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Dass man Aus-Checken muss wird auch nirgends erwähnt. Die sollten einem bei der Anmeldebestätigung unbedingt eine Gebrauchsanweisung für Ein-und Auschecken mitsenden.
