Prima Hotel, ich komme wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem Klinikum, daher für mich ideal.
Das Frühstück ist eine Freude für den Gaumen. Es gibt feine regionale Kuchen sowie das salzige Buffet.

Cons:

im Zimmer lässt sich die Temperatur nur schwer regeln.

Sehr nettes Hotel, die Reinigung könnte genauer sein
Pros:

Das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Das Personal vom Check In war sehr bemüht. Er hat sogar die fehlende Bettwäsche persönlich ins Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr sauber gewesen. Das Haustelefon, welches ich erst anstecken musste um die Rezeption zu erreichen, war voller Staub, genauso wie die beiden Tischlampen und die Beistelltische. Grundsätzlich wurde immer nur vorne geputzt, hinter den Lampen, der Kaffemaschine, die Steckdosen im Bad und generell im Zimmer usw. nicht. Im Bad wirkt es halt eklig, weil es im Sichtfeld ist. Im Zimmer ist es mir nur beim Handy laden aufgefallen, weil man dann das Handy hinter der Lampe ansteckt und eben den Staub auf dem Ärmel picken hat.
Wenn man duscht, beschlägt das Fenster Richtung Zimmer und der Spiegel, dann sind Kritzeleien sichtbar... also wurden diese Flächen lange nicht gereinigt.
Ich weiß... es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel, doch das fällt für mich unter Grundreinigung... Zuhause sauge ich auch die Steckdosen von Zeit zu Zeit aus oder über dem Türrahmen usw. ... Vor allem im Bad muss es einfach sauber sein! Den Schimmel kann man einsprühen...

Zimmer war sauber, Nespresso Kaffemaschine, Hausschuhe und Pflege-/Badeprodukte vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Sehr laut, ab 05:30 knallten die Türen immer wieder ganz laut. Die Gäste nehmen leider keine Rücksicht auf andere. Die Eineichtung (im Badezimmer) in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Für meine Dienstreise nach Linz eine recht optimale Wahl. Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber, umfangreiches Frühstück, angenehmes Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Linzer Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Nicht weit weg vom Hauptbahnhof.

Gutes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr bemühtem Team zum fairen Preis.
Pros:

Das Team war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet . Auch ein Parkplatz ist gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Wenn man im Design Center einen Kongress hat ist auch die Lage gut, weil man nur 5-10 Minuten zu fuß benötigt.

Cons:

Einziger Punkt, den ich persönlich nicht so geschätzt habe ist die fehlende Dusche. Hier ist im Bad nur eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit, was ich speziell in der Früh persönlich etwas nervig finde. Aber das ist eben subjektives empfinden, weil ich im Hotel ohnehin nicht baden möchte und das generell nervig und überholt finde.
